Large legal systems have traditionally enjoyed traditions and rules in the food, clothing, and food business with others. The jurists of various Islamic religions, in their books under the titles of the “Ketab Altejareh” or the “Ketab Almotajer”, have spoken in detail about the customs and rules of commerce and paid legal and moral dimensions. But what has been discussed in the jurisprudential texts is the internal dimensions of commerce within the framework of Muslim relations, and their transnational and intergovernmental dimensions, as well as between governments and private individuals and international companies, are less widely considered. The aim of this research is to investigate the role of Islamic jurisprudence rules in the export of food to Russia. The present study is in terms of its purpose and is descriptive-explanatory. Also, in terms of case data, it is a hybrid use (quantitative qualitative). To analyze the data, a small part of the SPSS and Pls3 software was used and in the qualitative part of the content analysis. The results of the analysis of the questions indicate that the rules of Islamic jurisprudence include: lack of guilty of honor, honesty, deprivation, unbelief, lack of affection and freedom, freedom and reluctance, freedom of work and occupation, urgency, denial of liberty, prohibition Monopolistic behavior, the prohibition of the fair distribution of wealth in natural resources, the prohibition of hoarding in the distribution, the rule of the Islamic State, and cooperatives can be used in the field of exports. Also, the results of the research findings to explain the pattern of increasing exports of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia indicate that the coefficient of non-guaranty mortgage path (0.416), waste (0.3303), job and job freedom (0.858), al- (0.335), the Islamic state (0.432), cooperatives (0.241), and the prohibition of hoarding in the distribution (0.385), which is more than 1.96 according to the value of t, and The significance level is higher than the error rate of 50%. Therefore, it can be claimed that the mentioned rules have a significant effect on the increase of the Islamic Republic of Iran's exports to Russia.
