ABSTRACT
One of the most important strategies for economy strengthening, is productivity
improvement. Productivity improvement can lead to process improvement,
business process improvement, individual and group behaviors improvement,
increase working motivation, quality of life, increase prosperity, increase
employment, salary level (due to improvement in the production and profitin
organization ). Also, quality of employees working life (or career) and it's
relation with productivity, is the basis of many human resources management
policies of modern organizations. Quality of working life is made up of several
factors that are considered collectively as a concept. The main purpose of this
research is ranking ofeffective factors on quality of working life with
considering Valton's model in terms of influencing on human resources
efficiency with considering Harsi and Goldsmith's model as a case study in a
staff organization. Hence a decision model for ranking of effective factors on
the quality of working life in terms of influencing on human resources
efficiency should be given that it uses the Topsis procedure. Also, we have used
another procedure called weighting procedure for evaluating validity of
achieved results that would be given at the end of conclusions and offers.
