Abstract:
In recent years, a class of inorganic-organic hybrid compounds with a perovskite crystal structure was developed. Among them, perovskite semiconductors with CH3NH3PbX3(X=I,Br,Cl) composition have recently shown great for application in photovoltaic solar cells, in particular as the light absorbing layer. A direct band gap, strong light absorption, and high carrier mobility make them excellent absorber in solar cells. In this research, two step deposition technique was used to fabricate and modify perovskite solar cells. In first step, PbI2 solution deposited on TiO2 by spin coating method. In the second step, using a rotary layer deposition method, a solution of methyl ammonium iodide with different concentrations on iodide lead was introduced to improve cell function. For these cells, the SEM, UV-VIS, XRD and IV analyzes were performed and the result of these two steps of the layer deposition was ultimately achieved in optimal conditions, with a maximum efficiency of 6.501% of these cells.
