With the growth of technology and new technologies, the equipment and process are also more complicated. By creating complex systems, the probability of occurrence of accidents has also increased. Human error has long been considered as an important factor in the formation of manufacturing problems in industrial enterprises. In many occupational environments such as nuclear, military and chemical industries, the occurrence of a human error can lead to a catastrophic event. Therefore, considering the vital role of human factor in working systems, it seems necessary in all operational systems, especially in systemic crises such as manufacturing processes that cause damage, human errors are identified and evaluated. and necessary control measures are implemented to reduce costs and expenses in the event of the continuation of these measures, production and productivity, and the promotion and promotion of the job. According to the studies, what is in the literature about human errors in the performance of production systems provided by technologists or systems that are used to build orders. Manpower can be effective in the destruction of equipment, so the impact of manpower on production can not be ignored. The accurate and accurate knowledge of human resources can be of great help to managers of production collections. The statistical population of this research includes all managers, specialists and employees of Iran Khodro Company that can work with efficient production systems. Since the researcher seeks to use the results of the study in the short term and in the field of action (Iranian Khodro company), therefore, the present study is in terms of its purpose because it is an applied study or research. In this research, because of the fact that the number of statistical population was specific and limited, and there was no difference in sample selection among individuals, all individuals were selected for the same chance of sampling when sampling, by Cochran formula sample of 150 people. By reviewing the research background, five types of human error detection are as follows: operational functions, error hits, error recovery, error communication, and error choices. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and the results show that all five hypotheses are approved.
