the importance of public participation in economic and social fields and the creation of public participation and their role in the business system of firms and companies is one of the important factors in maintaining their business sustainability and their income model.the necessity of paying attention to the spiritual dimension along the material issues of the main reinforcing factors is to maintain public participation in a popular business. According to the current age, which is technology as a tool for integrating public participation and feedback and their opinion, we try to provide a methodology for how popular business models are being implemented on the IT platform.The purpose of this study is to design a methodology for implementing the popular business model in the form of an application. therefore, after studying the literature and using expert opinions, the non-functional requirements of popular software have been identified, as a result of which of the six key features related to this area including performance, usability, diversity, security, productivity, accessibility. Finally, using the process management methodology and reference frameworks, and with regard to the popular business requirements, we have taken steps to develop a methodology to implement popular software. For the purpose of evaluation and validation, the above methodology has been implemented on the Shatoot business. Then the software was evaluated for testing software and testing platforms as well as from the experts' opinions, which resulted in a more attention on usability index.
