نظام خدمات آموزشي با داشتن سيستم زنجيره تأمين، قادر به ارائه خدمات آموزشي و تربيتي باكيفيت و با راندمان بالا به مراجعين خود خواهد شد؛ از آن جهت كه طراحي سيستم مذكور چالش كليدي براي كشورهاي درحال ‌توسعه تلقي مي‌شود و ارائه خدمات آموزشي مناسب منجر به پيشرفت كشور خواهد شد، لذا هدف از اين پژوهش، ارزيابي عوامل زنجيره تأمين خدمات نظام آموزشي با استفاده از الگوي SCOR است. اين پژوهش كه از نوع كاربردي است در مرحله اول با بررسي پيشينه پژوهش انجام گرفته. سپس با دريافت نظر خبرگان، با مشاركت متخصصين حوزه آموزشي كشور، سنجه‌هاي پرسش‌نامه طراحي و بر اساس نسبت اعتبار محتوا تأييد شده است.توزيع پرسشنامه ها در مدارس غيردولتي شهر تهران صورت پذيرفت و پايايي پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ تأييد شد. تحليل داده‌ها به روش آزمون (Tstudent) و رتبه بتدي متغير ها با استفاده از آزمون فريدمن انجام گرفت. ابعاد شش گانه ي عوامل زنجيره تامين خدمات آموزشي بر اساس الگوي SCOR ، برنامه – ساختن – منبع – بازگشت – تحويل و فعال سازي در نظر گرفته شد و در نهايت تاييد شد كه مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي شناسايي شده؛ چارچوب جامعي را براي ارزيابي عوامل زنجيره تامين خدمات آموزشي در ارائه خدمات كارا و اثر بخش فراهم مي‌كنند كه با به‌كارگيري آن‌ها عملكرد زنجيره تأمين خدمات آموزشي بهبود خواهد يافت.

Assessing the education services Supply Chain Factors of Tehran's Nongovernmental Schools using the SCOR Model

An educational service system with a supply chain system will be able to deliver high-quality education services to its clients, since the design of the system is considered a key challenge for developing countries and the provision of appropriate educational services leads to advancement. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the supply chain factors of educational system services using the SCOR model. This research is of a practical nature, in the first stage, by reviewing the research background. Then, with the opinion of the experts, with the participation of experts in the field of education of the country, the questionnaires were designed and based on the content validity ratio. The distribution of questionnaires in Tehran's nongovernmental schools was carried out and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using the Tstudent method and the rank of variables by Friedman test. The six dimensions of Supply Chain Providers were based on the SCOR model, program-build-source-return-delivery and activation, and ultimately confirmed that identified components and indicators provided a comprehensive framework for assessing supply chain factors Educational services provide efficient and effective services that will improve the performance of the supply chain of educational services by using them.
