Nowadays, organizations based on the competitive and customer-centric business environment, are constantly changing and evolving in order to survive and thrive in the face of other competitors, requiring new and efficient ways of doing business. Hence, the supply chain management is one of the important issues for passing the probability changes and updating information. On the other hand, due to increase the public sensitive about impact of environmental and excessive changes, the managers of industries seeking to green supply chain management considering the customer demand. Moreover, supply chain survival is guaranteed in long-term by investigating customer behavior that select various product, such as green or non-green products. In addition, In addition, the uncertainty models are utilized in order to come close to the real-world situation, when the market is changed. According to the literature on this issue, researches are indicated that there has no existed the evaluate of the environmental conditions, customer segmentation, and uncertainty, simultaneously. Therefore, we are proposed a facility location model for green supply chain network design based on customer segmentation under uncertainty. The main aim is to reduce the economic costs, such as production, transportation, warehousing, and CO2 emissions, in which transportation and CO2 emission costs are assumed as uncertain parameters. In order to deal the uncertain parameters, a robust optimization approach is used. The computational results are obtained via using GAMS software and CPLEX solving engine in small-scale. Its results are indicated that the proposed model is validated to determine the most efficient distribution centers. Moreover, the proposed model can supply the various demand of customers. Finally, the managerial-insights are presented to help managers and improve their decisions in order to achieve their aim.
