در ميان انواع فضاهاي م ماري، هيچ فضايي مانند مراكز درماني در محل تلاقي دو مقوله علم پزشكي و هنر قرار نميگيرد و در بين فضاهاي م ماري، طراحي هيچ فضايي مانند مراكز درماني از اهميت بالايي برخوردار نميباشد. زيرا چنين فضاهاي درماني از جمله فضاهايي است كه بر حالات روحي افراد تاثير ميگذارد و طراحي ض يم اين محيط ها، ميتواند سبب تشديد اختلالات رفتاري و اضطراب در آنها گردد و اين مقوله در ارتباط با بيماران بستري در بخبهاي سوختگي به دلايلي چون قطع عضو بيمار، تغيير چهرهي بيمار و ... اهميت زيادي مييابد زيرا اين بيماران به سبب دلايلي كه گفته شد، در محيط بخب بستري و اتاقي كه در آن بستري هستند تحت فشار و استرس بالايي قرار گرفتهاند كه همين امر در صورت ادامهدار بودن ميتواند منجر به افسردگي در بيماران شود. موضوع طرح اين پاياننامه طرح توسع و طراحي بخب سوختگي بيمارستان بهبهان ميباشد. از ميان رويكردهاي موجود جهت كاهب استرس و اضطراب بيمار، رويكرد حواس پرتي مثبت انتخاب شده كه هدف از انتخاب اين رويكرد در طراحي بخب سوختگي كاهب استرس و جلوگيري از تبديل آن به افسردگي ميباشد به اين دليل كه كنترل كفونت و جلوگيري از افزايب استرس در بيماران از مسائل حائز اهميت طراحي بخب سوختگي ميباشد. رود تحقيق اين تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي و رود جمع آوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهب به صورت كتابخانهاي و ميداني بوده به اين صورت كه طي مدت دو ماه براي 70 بيمار در بيمارستان سوانح سوختگي مطهري تهران پرسب نامه خوانده شده )به دليل اينكه اكثر بيماران يا دستهايشان سوخته بوده يا در شرايط روحي مناسبي قرار نداشتند و ...( و پر شده است. از جمله دستاوردهايي كه در اين رود تحقيق بدست آمده است ميتوان به رنگي كه غالب بيماران انتخاب كردند )كرمي روشن، سفيد(، ت داد تخت هاي موجود در يك اتاق )كه دو تخته و سه تخته(، اهميت بالاي ديد مستقيم و واضح به طبي ت )اين مقوله خود شامل: خود طبي ت، تصاوير طبي ت و صداي طبي ت ميباشد( و ... اشاره نمود از نتايج بدست آمده در طراحي بخب سوختگي، استفاده شده است.

Be patient. The subject of this thesis is the development plan and design of the burn section of Behbahan Hospital. Among the approaches to reduce patient stress and anxiety, a positive distraction approach has been chosen to design the burn section to reduce stress and prevent it from becoming depressive because of the control of comfort and prevention of stress in patients. One of the important issues is the design of the burn section. Research Method This descriptive-analytical study and the data gathering method in this study were library and field study in which a questionnaire was read out to 70 patients in Tehran Motahari Hospital in two months (because most patients or their hands Burned or in poor mental condition, and ...) and filled. Among the achievements made in this research can be the color chosen by most patients (light cream, white), the number of beds in a room (two and three boards), the importance of a direct and clear view of nature.
