ميزان تاثير اولويت‌دهي كارآفرينان به عوامل شكست در سطح دستيابي به موفقيت استارت‌آپ‌ها

چكيده هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، ميزان تاثير اولويت‌دهي كارآفرينان به عوامل شكست در سطح دستيابي به موفقيت استارت‌آپ‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف تحقيق، كاربردي و از لحاظ موضوع و سوالات پژوهش از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي - پيمايشي مي‌باشد. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه در اين تحقيق براي مرحله اول كليه مديران كارآفرين شركتهاي استارت‌آپ مي‌باشند. روش نمونه‌گيري در مرحله اول بصورت تصادفي ساده و براي مرحله دوم از روش نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي براي انتخاب افراد خبره استفاده شد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از نرم افزار اكسل و SPSS استفاده شد. مقايسه ميانگين رتبه‌ها با آزمون فريدمن نشان داد كه تيم رتبه اول، استراتژي رتبه دوم را كسب كردند. ساير عوامل در مراتب بعدي قرار گرفتند. همچنين 3 شاخص موثر بودن (با صلاحيت/ با تجربه/ با مهارت) تيم خود، سازگار بودن قوانين و مقرارت دولتي و داشتن تجربه كارآفرينانه قبلي به ترتيب مهمترين شاخصهاي شكست استارت‌آپها هستند. نتايج تكنيك ديمتل هم نشان داد كه كه 4 متغير استراتژي، بازار، تيم و محيط به عنوان متغيرهاي علّي مدل معرفي شدند. بيشترين اثرگذاري هم به ترتيب مربوط به متغيرهاي تيم، محيط، استراتژي و بازار بود. متغيرهاي محصول/ خدمت، صنعت و مالي نيز به عنوان متغيرهاي معلول شناسايي شدند. محصول/ خدمت بيشترين اثرپذيري و مالي كمترين اثرپذيري را در بين متغيرهاي معلول داشت. واژگان كليدي: كارآفريني، شكست، استارت‌آپ

The Impact of Entrepreneurs’ Prioritization on Failure Factors at Startup Success Level

Abstract The main purpose of this study was to determine the impact of entrepreneurs’ prioritization on failure factors at startup success level. The present study is applied in terms of research purpose and in terms of research topic and descriptive-survey type. Questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistical population studied in this study is for the first stage of all managers of startup companies. The sampling method in the first stage was simple random and for the second stage snowball sampling was used to select the experts. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software. Comparing the mean scores with the Friedman test showed that the team got the first place and strategy got the second. Other factors were discussed later. There are also three indicators of effectiveness (competence / experience / skill) of your team, consistency of government rules and regulations, and previous entrepreneurial experience, respectively. The results of DEMATEL technique also showed that 4 variables of strategy, market, team and environment were introduced as causal variables of the model. The greatest impacts were related to team variables, environment, strategy and market, respectively. Product / service, industry, and financial variables were also identified as disability variables. Product / service had the highest and financial impacts among the least effective variables. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Failure, Startup
