در دنياي پرشتاپ و پر رقابت امروزه براي دستيابي به توسعه و پيشرفت بايد به دنبال راه‌هاي خلاقانه و استفاده بهينه از منابع و فرصت‌ها باشيم. فرآيند كارآفريني و خلاقيت كه اساس و بسترساز تغيير و تحول و دگرگوني است نقشي بنيادين و تعيين كننده در دستيابي به اين مهم ايفا مي‌كند. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تأثير پويايي‌هاي فناورانه بر توسعه كارآفريني با تأكيد بر نقش ميانجي سرمايه اجتماعي است. اين پژوهش از نظر روش تحقيق، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي و همبستگي و از نظر نوع تحقيق، كاربردي مي‌باشد. خبرگان آشنا با توسعه كسب و كار در فضاي مجازي كه داراي سابقه فعاليت و مطالعات در اين حوزه هستند و مديران و كارشناسان شركت‌هاي فعال در حوزه كسب و كارهاي مبتني بر شبكه وابسته به مراكز شتاب‌دهنده در تهران كه حدوداً 500 نفر هستند، جامعه‌ي آماري اين تحقيق را تشكيل دادند. 220 نفر به شيوه نمونه¬گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب گرديد. جهت بررسي روائي و پايايي ابزارهاي اندازه¬گيري به نتايج مدل اندازه-گيري استناد شد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري با رويكرد حداقل مربعات جزئي با كمك نرم افزار Smart PLS3 استفاده شد. نتايج آزمون فرضيات نشان داد، پويايي فناوارانه تأثير مثبت و معناداري بر توسعه كارآفريني دارد. همچنين دو بعد سرمايه ساختاري و ارتباطي تأثير مثبت و معناداري بر توسعه كارآفريني دارند. بررسي اثرات تعديلي ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي هم نشان داد كه فقط بعد ساختاري در تأثير پويايي‌هاي فناورانه بر توسعه كارآفريني در كسب و كارهاي مبتني بر شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي نقش تعديلگر دارد.

Investigating the role of technological dynamics on entreprenship with on emphasis on the mediating effect of social capital: the case of social network based business

In today's fast-paced and competitive world, in order to achieve development and progress, we must look for creative ways and the optimal use of resources and opportunities. The process of entrepreneurship and creativity, which underlies the change and transformation, plays a fundamental and determinative role in achieving this. The purpose of this research is scrutiny the effect of technological dynamics on entrepreneurship development with an emphasis on the mediating role of social capital. This research, in terms of research method is a descriptive of type survey and correlation and in terms of research type, is operational. About 500 experts fluent in the business development in cyberspace, which have experience in this field and the directors and proficients of the actives companies in the businesses based on network dependent on accelerated centres, were formed the statistical population of this research. 220 people were selected in a manner of cluster sampling. The results of the measurement model were cited to evaluate the validity and reliability of measuring instruments. Structural equation modelling with at least partial approach with PLS3 was used to analyse the data. The results of the statistical testing showed technological dynamics and also, two dimensions of structural and communication capital have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship development. The investigating of the moderating effects of social capital dimensions showed that only the structural dimension has a moderating role in the impact of technological dynamics on the development of entrepreneurship in businesses based on the social network.
