كاروانسراي قوام‌آباد در حدفاصل جاده شيراز به اصفهان در نزديكي دشت تاريخي مرودشت و دشت مرغاب و در دشت زيباي سعادت شهر در روستايي به همين نام واقع‌شده است. وقوع اين بنادر يك محور تاريخي يعني حدفاصل تخت جمشيد و پاسارگاد و در چشم‌انداز تاريخي-فرهنگي پارسه پتانسيل بالقوه¬اي را براي استفاده مناسب از اين بنا ايجاد نموده است كه مي¬توان علي¬رغم جذابيت¬هاي تاريخي خود اثر به‌عنوان اقامتگاهي تاريخي ميزبان گردشگران داخلي و خارجي باشد و به‌منظور ارائه خدمات گردشگري مورد بهره‌برداري قرار گيرد. در اين پژوهش ابتدا سعي شده تا با استفاده از مطالعه دقيق بنا و تطابق آن با ساير نمونه‌هاي موجود و همچنين مستندسازي دقيق از وضع موجود به يك شناخت كامل از تمام ابعاد آن دست‌يافت. در گام بعد آسيب‌شناسي بنا بر اساس مستندسازي و تهيه الگوي تخريب تدريجي هر جزء از بنا در دستور كار قرار گرفت و براي هر جزء از بنا بسته به نوع و ميزان تخريب و با تأكيد و احترام بر اصل حفظ اصالت و زيبايي‌شناسي طرح درمان پيشنهاد گرديد. در ادامه ظرفيت¬ها و قابليت‌هاي محيط پيرامون و نيز ظرفيت خود اثر مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت تا درنهايت به اعطاي كاربري متناسب با آن منتج گرديد. طرح پيشنهادي براي تغيير كاربري اين بنا با توجه به ظرفيت¬ها و همچنين پيشينه تاريخي خود اثر اقامتي- پذيرايي در نظر گرفته‌شده است. واژه‌هاي كليدي: استان فارس،راه و كاروانسرا، اقامتگاه بين‌راهي، گردشگري

The Maintenance Planning Of Caravanserai Qavamabad and Adaptive Reuse

Abstract: Qawam Abad Caravanserai is located between the Shiraz and Isfahan roads near the historical plain of Marvdasht and Murghab plain and in the beautiful plain of Saadat city in the same village. In the future, the capacities and capabilities of the perimeter environment as well as the capacity of the work were evaluated to ultimately lead to the appropriate user grant. The proposal for the change of the building has been considered with regard to its capacity as well as its historical background.
