Nowadays with progress of Technology we are seeing the increasing green house gases, the one of that gas is Carbon dioxide.one of the reason for capturing CO2 to prevent increasing the temperature of the weather and changing the climate. according to investigating have done, three substance absorption such MEA, DEA and TEA have been chosen and after that we have done comparison on some of parameter such effect of temperature, quantity of Trays and mass fraction percentage to CO2 absorption.
On the one hand, for the first step we have done simulation of three Substance in HYSYS software and find out effect of parameters have been mentioned on CO2 capture.
In additional, we have used the output of the HYSYS, for input of Design Expert software. In this software we used Response Surface Methodology and we used the Central Composite Design due to get the good accuracy of the result and finally we used the experimental condition in HYSYS and calculated amount of CO2 capture.
On the other hand, after found out capturing CO2 in all of condition has been defined and optimized, then defined the best condition for absorption CO2 in maximum level for MEA, DEA and TEA.
As a result, we could use the 23.75%mass fraction MEA with 94.2% efficiency while, in industrial has been using 28%mass fraction MEA 97% efficiency though with less than 3% mass fraction we can frugality near 181.2 Tone per hour of MEA.
