در حال حاضر براي هر شركت بزرگ و كوچكي ثابت شده است كه فرآيندهاي كسب و كار دارايي اصلي آن‌ها هستند كه مستقيما مي‌تواند بر محصولات و بويژه خدمات آن‌ها تاثير بگذراند. همچنين هرچه شركت‌ها بزرگتر مي‌شوند، فرآيندهاي كسب و كار آن‌ها پيچيده‌تر شده و مديريت و كنترل آن‌ها از اهميت بيشتري به خود مي‌گيرد. لذا استفاده از رويكردهاي نوين همانند مديريت فرآيندهاي كسب و كار به دليل نقشي كه مي‌توانند در افزايش بهره‌روي سازمان‌ها ايفا نمايند، امري ضروري در تمامي صنايع بنظر مي‌رسد. گرچه مديريت فرآيندهاي كسب و كار به عنوان يك عامل مهم سازماني براي بهبود عملكرد مي‌باشد، اما تحقيقات نشان مي‌‌دهد 60-80 درصد پروژه‌هاي آن با شكست مواجه شده است؛ لذا بمنظور جلوگيري از اتلاف منابع ارزشمند در پياده‌سازي BPM، لازم است قبل از هر اقدام عملي هوشمندي كامل داشته باشيم و با در نظر گرفتن عوامل موفقيت پياده سازي و همچنين وضعيت سازمان خود، عدم موفقيت را كاهش دهيم. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق ارائه يك چارچوب جهت ارزيابي ميزان آمادگي واحدهاي دانشگاه تهران، جهت پياده‌سازي مديريت فرآيندهاي كسب و كار در آن است. بر اين اساس عوامل كليدي آمادگي شناسايي، سپس ميزان تاثيرگذاري اين عوامل بر هم با روش DE-MATEL شناسايي شده و در ادامه اين شاخص‌ها با روش ANP اولويت‌بندي گرديدند كه در اين اولويت‌بندي، شاخص‌هاي مربوط به تيم مديريت ارشد، همسويي با استراتژي، فرهنگ سازماني و افراد به عنوان مهم‌ترين شاخص‌ها شناخته شدند. در نهايت نيز ميزان آمادگي 6 معاونت دانشگاه تهران، از روش ARAS محاسبه شده است و ميزان آمادگي هريك بدست آمده است. واژه‌هاي كليدي: مديريت فرآيندهاي كسب و كار، ارزيابي آمادگي، عوامل كليدي موفقيت، تصميم گيري چند شاخصه (MADM) ، دانشگاه تهران

Readiness Assessment of Tehran University for implementing business process management using multiple criteria decision making methods

In every small and large company, it is now a well-known fact that business processes are a primary asset, which can directly affect their products and in particular, their services. As companies grow larger, their business processes become more complex and consequently management and control of such processes becomes more crucial. Consequently, applying novel approaches such as business process management is essential due to its direct effect on profitability. Although business process management is an important organizational factor for performance improvement, research shows that 60-80% of the related projects lead to failure. To ensure successful implementation of BPM, it is necessary to have complete – and reduce the probability of failure by taking into account the factors which lead to successful implementation as well as the status of your organization. The main goal of this research is to provide a framework for evaluating various units of Tehran University with regard to their readiness for implementing business process management. In this regard, the key factors of readiness are first identified and then their impact is evaluated with DE-MATEL method. These indicators were then prioritized by ANP method and on in this priority, factors related to senior management team, alignment with strategy, organizational culture and people were identified as the most important factors. Finally, the readiness of the 6 deputies of the University of Tehran was calculated by the ARAS method and the readiness of each was obtained.
