امروزه با پيشرفت تكنوژي هر روزه شاهد تغييرات وسيعي در ارتباطات هستيم ؛ در زنجيره تامين شفافيت و صحت اطلاعات و امنيت اطلاعات از ويژگي هاي قابل توجه بين شركاي زنجيره تامين مي باشد. از زماني كه بحث كاربرد بلاك چين در زنجيره هاي تامين آغاز شده است، شركت ها تمايل دارند به منظور بهبود بخشيدن به امنيت و شفافيت اطلاعات و بالا بردن بهره وري از طريق اين تكنولوژي بهره مند شوند. در اين مطالعه قرار است به اين موضوع اشاره شود كه اولا چگونه تاثيرات فناوري بلاك چين بر زنجيره تامين پرداخته شود و پس از اشاره به برخي مثالها از شركتهاي مختلف به ارزيابي پياده سازي آن در شركت پارس ژنراتور مپنا پرداخته شود. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي بوده و از نظر نحوه اجرا روش كيفي (مصاحبه عميق)؛بعد كمي ( پيمايشي ) مي باشد. در ابتدا با مطالعه ادبيات موضوع به طور وسيع و بررسي تاثيرات فناوري بلاك چين در زنجيره تامين. و در ادامه با پرداختن به زنجيره تامين شركت پارس ژنراتور مپنا به ارايه الگوي كاربردي از فناوري بلاك چين در اين شركت پرداخته مي شود و سپس الگوي پيشنهاد شده مورد ارزيابي قرار مي گيرد و در نهايت به تدوين داده هاي گردآوري شده از اين تحقيق مي پردازيم و در بخش نتيجه گيري ارزيابي اين الگو مشخص مي شود. اين الگو با استفاده از روش اِبَس ارايه و با روش اِتَم ارزيابي خواهد شد. درمرحلهي ارزيابي ، الگوي ارائه شده را در پنچ مشخصهي : هزينه، كيفيت، سرعت، قابليت اعتماد، كاهش خطر و انعطاف پذيري بررسي شده و خروجي هاي اين الگو را مورد ارزيابي قرار ميگيرد و پس از ارزيابي الگو با كنار هم قرار دادن نقاط قوت و ضعف اين الگو در سازمان مذكور مشخص مي شود كه اين الگو براي اين سازمان مفيد مي باشد و يا خير. در اين پايان نامه، اثرات بكارگيري فناوري بلاك چيني در زنجيره تامين شركت مپنا پارس بررسي و زمينه هاي مختلف كاربرد اين تكنولوژي نشان داده خواهد شد. بكارگيري اين الگو و همچنين يافته هاي تجربي اين فناوري مي تواند به عنوان راهي براي بهبود امنيت اطلاعات، شفافيت و بالا بردن بهره وري در زنجيره تامين را منتج شود. به طور كلي، از طريق الگوي بكارگيري فناوري بلاك چيني در زنجيره تامين ، مي توان به تاثيرات مثبت اين تكنولوژي در زنجيره تامين پرداخت و در عين حال ، محدوديت ها و نگراني هاي مربوط به پياده سازي فناوري پرداخت .

Application of Block chain Technology in Supply Chain of MAPNA (Pars Generator Co.)

Today, with the advent of technology, we are witnessing widespread changes in communications every day. In the supply chain, information transparency and information security is one of the most important features among supply chain partners. Companies have been keen to improve information security and transparency and increase productivity through the blockchain technology. In this study, we will first discuss how the effects of blockchain technology on the supply chain are inveloped, and then, with reference to some examples from different companies, evaluate its implementation in MAPNA Pars Generator Company. It is an applied research in terms of how to conduct a qualitative (in-depth interview), quantitative (survey) method. Firstly by studying the subject literature extensively and examining the effects of blockchain technology on the supply chain. Then, by applying the supply chain of Pars Generator Mapna Company, we present an applied model of blockchain technology in this company and then evaluate the proposed model and finally compile the data collected from this research. This is illustrated in the evaluation section of this template. This template will be presented using the ABAS method and evaluated with the ATAM method. In the evaluation stage, the model is presented in five characteristic: cost, quality, speed, reliability, risk reduction and flexibility, and examines the outputs of this model and then evaluates the model together. Given the strengths and weaknesses of this model in the organization, it is clear whether the model is useful or not. In this thesis, the effects of applying blockchain technology on the supply chain of Mapna Pars Company will be discussed and different areas of application of this technology will be shown. Applying this model as well as the empirical findings of this technology can lead to improved information security, transparency and efficiency in the supply chain. In general, through the model of using blockchain technology in the supply chain, one can address the positive effects of this technology on the supply chain while at the same time addressing the constraints and concerns related to technology implementation.
