With the spread of various discussions about this topic and awareness about the Destructive results of this kind of development the sustainability paradigm has appeared in the world. The sustainability paradigm can be considered the most common and applicable paradigm of the present century. This concept can be linked with all matters of everyday life. Which introduced its three dimensions in relation to the society, economy and environment is testament to this claim. Many experts prove the roots of the emergence of this paradigm associated with the emergence of unstable environmental conditions due to the irregular developments especially in the economic field. One of the issues that has received much attention since the development of this paradigm Urban and regional development, especially in large cities Which arose after the increase of urban population known as sustainable urban development. Human survival depends on adapting ourselves and our habitats to sustainable lifestyles. In this way, we must design places that reflect the interconnectedness of air, soil, water, life and culture and to help us feel and understand these relationships. Places that are sustainable, meaningful, skillful, and intelligent. In relation to the concept of sustainable development has been discussed for over three decades and its dimensions assigned a large place in their literature .Compared with definitions and concepts of sustainable development at the national, regional, international, and the city has been presented, It can be said that the concept of sustainable development at the neighborhood scale is still not clear certainty and the dimensions of the case have not been reviewed and the seriousness of the case has not been addressed. Urban neighborhoods, sustainability and sustainable ecological development are the focus of this research. At the beginning of the research with the questions we are looking for clear answers. In order to achieve the correct answers to questions posed We Start Monitoring the opinions of local and foreign experts We come to common principles and by identifying and analyzing the research context (Includes Zibadasht, Laleh, Cheshmeh and Golestan neighborhood located in District 22) Based on the principles derived from the theoretical foundations of research by visiting the neighborhood and interviewing residents this neighborhood status has been measured against ideal conditions of ecological sustainability. Finally, we evaluate and rank each of these principles in the studied area we provide step-by-step design guidelines through the right vision and strategies to reach a sustainable ecological neighborhood.
