In order to gain the features of the future architecture, we need to understand the components that
influence future life . Such as ecological. It's been about three decades since the introduction of ecofriendly sustainability into architecture and urban development and in the future, given the complexity for
the world to come, the importance of environmental sustainability is increasing and adapting itself to the
issues of the day. The purpose of this study was to find the most influential components looking at the
future architecture from an environmental perspective through extensive literature review and
background of this research. First through a library tool to collect information the topic was addressed in
various published books, articles, documents, research reports, etc. According to a systematic review of
several step, resources related to future world forecasts and environmental sustainability were found in
internal and external researches .This information has many aspects contains future life, all influencing the
architecture of housing . In future-oriented studies into the importance of space sciences and impact
direct attention was paid to the advancement of these sciences in improving the quality of life in all
subsequent periods while optimally using limited resources. The design context was moved to a space and
the environmental approach was applied accordingly. Continuing these studies, historical periods of
resources used and their theories were either optimistic or pessimistic, and a historical trend in future
studies was obtained. Continue enjoying appropriate methods for future research with component
validation were used by Delphi technique. Then questionnaires to a number of experts and experts in the
field of housing architecture, technology, IT, aerospace, international research institutes and longstanding figures were sent from all over the world. Receiving the answers and analyzing them and finally
editing and final analysis, the influential component was obtained. Based on the research results.
Extracted Components in "Population and Family", "Education and Work", "Technology and Architecture"
and "Environmental and Architectural Sustainability" Classification were done. Subsequently, the
importance and ranking of the components were assessed based on the rating system. According to the
information obtained the design of the future residential complex from the environment view was done.
This collection, based on the environmental approach through space waste recycling, for a period of about
one hundred years (upon the credible sources used in the research) is designed to have a conversion
feature. The conversion feature of a residential unit is capable of a single plan convert in a few seconds to
two different surfaces (utilizing two layers of glass wall), as well as a larger scale conversion feature.
Which, given the actual need of that period, combines large units with a larger number of smaller units
(small and large units are modules of each other).Due to the uncertainty of future forecasts, this makes
design variability more applicable to the future.
