با توجه به ماهيت ميان¬رشته¬اي طراحي شهري و تاثير عوامل متنوع بر ساخت و كيفيت فضاهاي طراحي شده شهري، رشته «روانشناسي محيطي» به عنوان يكي از رشته¬هاي تاثيرگذار بر اين حوزه با تمركز بر عوامل ادراكي محيط¬هاي شهري و مكانيسم¬هاي رفتاري، درصدد كشف علل وقوع انواع رفتارها و دستيابي به جزئياتي برآمد كه بتواند بهترين ارتباط را ميان انسان و محيط پيرامونش برقرار ساخته و از آسيب¬هاي وارده به جسم و روان شهروندان جلوگيري به عمل آورد. بدين منظور پژوهش حاضر درصدد آن است تا به بررسي دقيق مفهومي بنيادين، در عرصه طراحي روانشناسانه محيط¬هاي شهري، به نام «قابليت محيطي» بپردازد. در اين راستا دو عامل اصلي «محيط» و «كاربر» به طور ويژه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته¬اند. بررسي مفاهيم متعدد و مرتبط با دو عامل ياد شده، نشان¬دهنده تاثير تعيين كننده مجموعه¬اي از شاخصه¬هاي محيطي و انساني معرفي شده بر روان و رفتارهاي بروز يافته از كاربران فضا و به دنبال آن ضرورت بكارگيري تمهيداتي براي بهينه¬سازي اين شاخصه¬هاست. و اما آنچه كه اين دو مفهوم متفاوت، اما داراي تاثير و تاثرات مستقيم بر يكديگر را به طرزي مطلوب به يكديگر متصل مي¬سازد، مفهوم كليدي «قابليت محيطي» است. قابليت محيطي، مشخصه¬اي از ارتباط متقابل محيط و كاربر است كه امكان ايجاد ارتباطي موثر را ميان ويژگي¬هاي ظاهري و محتوايي شي با كنش و رفتار كاربر فراهم مي¬سازد. به عبارت بهتر، اين مفهوم با مد نظر قرار دادن جزئيات و ويژگي¬هاي ظاهري شئ يا محيط و اطلاعات قابل درك از آن¬ها، زمينه را براي بروز كنش¬هاي متفاوت كاربران فراهم مي¬سازد. اين نظريه علي¬رغم مفهوم واضح و ساده¬اش به راحتي قابل درك و پياده سازي نبوده و بر ضرورت در نظرگيري كليه عوامل موثر بر احساس و ادراك كاربران در هنگام مواجهه با شئ يا محيط و شيوه پاسخگويي موثر به نيازها، ترجيحات و توقعات اين افراد تاكيد مي¬نمايد. با توجه به كليه مفاهيم مطرح شده، اين پژوهش در پي آن است تا پس از استخراج مجموعه معيارها و شاخصه¬هاي كليدي موثر بر ادراك و رفتارهاي انساني در محيط¬هاي شهري و اولويت بندي آن¬ها، به بررسي دقيق وضعيت شاخصه¬هاي منتخب در خيابان عفيف¬آباد شيراز (كه بنا به 3 معيار اصلي قابليت دسترسي و حضورپذيري، دربرگيري مجموعه¬اي از فضاهاي متنوع، و برقراري فعاليت¬هاي 24 ساعته و نظارت اجتماعي به عنوان محدوده مورد مطالعه انتخاب شده است) پرداخته و پس از طي مراحل ذكر شده در فرايند طراحي قابليت¬محور فضاهاي شهري، به طراحي مجموعه فضاهايي در اين خيابان بپردازد كه احترام به نيازهاي شهروندان را ملاك خود قرار داده و فرصت¬هاي متعددي را براي بروز رفتارهاي مطلوب فراهم آورده است.

Designing an efficient urban environment by improving human responses to physical dimension of the place "Application of Environmental affordance Theory in Urban Design of Shiraz Afif Abad Street"

Regarding to to the interdisciplinary nature of urban design and the impact of various factors on the construction and quality of urban design spaces, the field of environmental psychology, as one of the most effective fields of urban environments and behavioral mechanisms, sought to explore the causes of occurrence of different behaviors and access to some details which can connect the human and his environment and prevent damages to the body and the psyche of citizens. For this purpose, this study tries to examine the fundamental concept of urban environments in the name of ` environmental affordance'. In this regard, two main factors of "environment" and "user" have been investigated specifically. examining the various concepts related to these two factors, demonstrates the affects of a set of environmental and humane characteristics on the psyche and behaviors of users emergence of optimizing these attribute. But what connects these two different concepts,(but with a direct effect on each other) in a desired way, is the key concept of "environmental affordance". The environmental affordance is a characteristic of the interaction of the environment and the user that allows effective communication between the external features and content of the object with the user's reactions and behavior. In better words, this concept creates a context for different user actions by considering the details and characteristics of the object or the environment and users perception. Despite its clear and simple concept, the theory is not easily understood and implemented and stresses the necessity of considering all factors affecting the feeling and perception of users when dealing with an object or environment and an effective response to their needs, preferences and expectations. according to all mentioned concepts, this study seeks to pinpoint the status of selected indexes in shiraz afifabad street (which selected as a case study based on 3 main criteria: accessibility, containing various spaces and 24-hour social activities) after extracting and prioritize a set of criterias that effects on human perception and behaviours in urban environments. After all this steps mentioned in affordance-based urban design process, it proceed to designing different spaces in this street with respect to user demands and provide multiple opportunities for the emergence of desirable behaviors.
