In the present study, according to the structure and features of halloysite nanotubes the new nanocomposites were synthesized based on halloysite nanotubes. The halloysite nanotubes were modified with materials like iron oxide nanoparticles, chlorosulfonic acid, polyethylene imine, ferrite copper nanoparticles and humic acid. The morphology, crystalline structure, thermal stability, and magnetic properties of the synthesized nanocomposites were confirmed by various analyzes. The new Synthesized nanocomposites have been used as heterogeneous catalysts in several condensation reactions for the synthesis of nitrogen and oxygen containing heterocyclic compounds. The using of non-toxic and recyclable nanocatalysts in the organic reaction has some advantages such as the simplicity of the reaction method, the short reaction time, high-to-excellent yields of products, the low cost, the easy separation and use of a green solvent.
