كشف و بررسي اينكه ملت‌ها چگونه به امرِ پيشرفت اقتصادي نائل‌آمده‌اند براي محافل علمي بسيار اهميت دارد و مكتب تاريخيِ اقتصاد به‌عنوان يك شاخه متفاوت، به‌جاي فرد و رفتارِ انساني، به عوامل پيشرفت اقتصادي و سياست‌هاي پيشرفت توجه دارد و رفتار يك كشور به‌منظور كسب قدرت توليدي را موردمطالعه تاريخي قرار مي‌دهد . ازآنجايي‌كه روش تحقيق و روش‌شناسي مكتب تاريخيِ آلمان مبتني بر پيشيني انگاري و ساخت پيش‌فرض نيست ما نيز در رساله كنوني بر طبق اين روش‌شناسي به تحقيق پرداخته و با روش‌هايي چون تحليل محتواي استقرايي(كيفي) و بررسي تاريخي نورد نخست به كشف علل پيشرفت ملل از دل تاريخ خواهيم پرداخت و با همين روش به نظريه جديدي خواهيم رسيد. مشاهده خواهد شد كه چگونه ساختار تاريخيِ اقتصاد با ساختار جغرافياييِ آن تركيب‌شده، به‌عنوان سرچشمه ساختارِ نهادي خواهد بود كه جهتِ پيشرفت اقتصادي را براي يك كشور مشخص مي‌كند و كشورها براي پيشرفتِ اقتصادي و كسب قدرت توليدي براي خود اختيارات محدودي دارند كه اين محدوديت‌ها از تركيبِ ساختاري فوق‌الذكر پديد مي‌آيد هرچند اثبات خواهد شد كه امكان غلبه بر اين محدوديت‌ها نيز وجود دارد و امري ناممكن نيست و خواهيم ديد كه چگونه دامِ تئوري ارزش‌ها نيز به‌عنوان يك‌پايه قدرتمند براي حفظ اين محدوديت‌ها عمل مي‌كند.

Causes of Economic Development of Nations based on German Historical School and Presenting Policy Implications for the Iranian Economy

Discovering how nations achieve economic progress is crucial to scientific circles, and the historical school of economics, as a separate branch, focuses on economic growth factors and development policies rather than on individual behavior and policies, and on the behavior of a country to gain productive power. Subjects to a historical study. Since the research and methodology of the German historical school are not based on a priori and presuppositional constructs, we have also researched this methodology in the current treatise and, through methods such as qualitative content analysis and Nord historical research, first discover the causes of the advancement of nations through history. We will pay and in this way we will come up with a new theory. It will be seen how the historical structure of the economy, combined with its geographical structure, will serve as the source of the institutional structure that determines the direction of economic development for a country, and that countries have limited powers for economic development and productive power for themselves, limited by their structural composition. The foregoing does, however, prove that it is possible to overcome these limitations, and it is not impossible, and we will see how the domain of value theory also acts as a powerful basis for maintaining these limitations.
