امروزه با توجه به افزايش روز افزون استفاده از تصوبربرداري تشخيصي و درماني در زمينه‌ي پزشكي، به خصوص در روش‌هايي كه از دوز بالاي تابش استفاده مي‌كنند نگراني‌هاي جدي در مورد ايمني و بهداشت كاركنان به وجود آمده است. علت اين امر عدم وجود استاندارد و ضوابط نيست، بلكه رعايت نكردن اصول حفاظت فردي توسط خود كاركنان است. برخي از علل عدم رعايت قوانين حفاظت فردي مديريتي بوده و برخي نيز به معماري مربوط مي‌شوند. مقالاتي كه در اين زمينه وجود دارند به زمينه‌ي مديريتي اين مشكل پرداخته اند و در زمينه‌ي معماري كاري از پيش نبرده‌اند. علاوه بر آن اكثر بخش‌هاي راديولوژي و راديوتراپي محيط‌هايي كسل كننده و در زير زمين و بدون نورطبيعي و عناصر طبيعي هستند كه خود موجب عدم بهره‌وري مناسب كاركنان است. در اين پايان‌نامه ابتدا توضيحي كلي در مورد دستگاه‌ه‌هاي راديولوژي و راديوتراپي و نحوه‌ي كار آن‌ها داده شده است. سپس به بررسي منابع موجود در اين زمينه پرداخته و استاندارد فضاهاي مهم آن را بررسي كرديم. در ادامه با توجه به نمودار مباني نظري به دست آمده به طرح پرسشنامه پرداخته و نتايج حاصل از آن را با نرم‌افزار SPSS تحليل و فرضيه‌هاي موجود در فصل اول را راستي‌آزمايي كرديم. در فصل سوم به بررسي نمونه‌هاي داخلي و خارجي و شناسايي مزايا و معايب آن‌ها پرداختيم. در فصل بعدي شناسايي بستر طرح و محيط آن آنجام گرفت و در نهايت با توجه به يافته‌هاي حاصل از تحليل پرسشنامه، بررسي نمونه‌هاي داخلي و خارجي و شناسايي بستر طرح با طراحي مركز راديولوژي و راديوتراپي در سايت مورد نظر اين پايان نامه را به انتها رسانده شد. از جمله دستاوردهايي كه در اين تحقيق به دست آمده است مي‌توان به لزوم تفكيك حوزه‌ي مراجعين از كاركنان، بهره بردن از نور طبيعي، رنگ و ديد به طبيعت در طراحي مراكز راديولوژي اشاره كرد.

Nowadays, due to the increasing use of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging in the medical field, there are serious concerns about the safety and health of employees, especially in those using high doses of radiation. This is not due to a lack of standards and regulations, but rather to a lack of self-protection by employees. Some of the reasons for disregarding individual protection laws are managerial and some are related to architecture. There are articles in the field of management of this problem and have not already working in the field of architecture. In addition, most radiology and radiotherapy departments are dull underground environments without natural light and natural elements, which in turn results in inadequate staff productivity. In this thesis, we first give an overview of the radiology and radiotherapy devices and how they work. We will then review the resources available in this area and standardize its important spaces. Then, based on the theoretical foundations diagram, we designed the questionnaire and analyzed the results with SPSS software and verified the hypotheses in the first chapter. In the third chapter, we examine Iran and international examples and identify their advantages and disadvantages. Then, next chapter identifies the context of the plan and its environment and finally, according to the findings of the questionnaire analysis, Iran and international sampling and identifying the design context by designing a radiology and radiotherapy center at the intended site, we conclude this thesis.
