Risk management is one of the most important issues for today's mature organizations. Planning, identifying, estimating, evaluating, responding, and ultimately implementing, monitoring and controlling are key stages of the risk management process that need to be addressed. Since the risks faced by Iranian organizations and power plants in particular are highly variable due to the specific political, economic and etc. They have been identified and categorized so that these risks are classified as positive risks (opportunities) and negative risks (threats). World and country risks include six general categories of PESTEL analysis Political, Economical, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal. Industry risks include 5 general categories of 5F Porter analysis including: suppliers, buyers, replacements, newcomers and finally existing competitors. The firm's risks are examined in 6 general categories of operating model analysid: management systems, organizations, technologies, processes, suppliers and location. Structural Equation Questionnaire (PLS) was distributed to screen these risks and then by using Analytical Network Process (ANP) to rank these risks and appropriate risk management strategy. Finally, considering the prioritized risks, an appropriate solution to each of the uncertainties is presented.
