Aiming at prioritizing the strategies of the Iranian telecommunication company using the BWM Linear Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method, which is one of the new multi-criteria decision making methods written and introduced by Dr. Jafar Rezaei, The AHP and ANP methods, while reducing the number of comparisons, make them structurally easier, make judgments easier and more understandable, and more importantly lead to more consistent comparisons, and hence more reliable weights and ratings. It was welcomed by the scientific community. In this study, it was applied, qualitatively, descriptively (case study), qualitatively and in terms of type or method, qualitative and in terms of weight, rank, and prioritization of the parameters, whether in the Delphi method or in the case study. Whether using the Linear Best-Worst (BWM) method, as a quantitative approach, from a holistic, hybrid or holistic perspective, Iran Telecommunication Company and its managed, owned and related regions, centers and departments throughout Iran is considered as the spatial domain of research and the current time period of the company is considered as the research time span. To conduct the study, two 12-member expert teams, including the primary expert team for the research questionnaire processes and the secondary expert team to assess its reliability, were selected and executed by experts, responsible experts, heads of centers and departments and managers of Iran Telecommunication Company. The research was carried out as a questionnaire in collaboration with the two teams. Data and information on completed questionnaires were analyzed either by observation and classification in Word and Excel or by applying SPSS, Lingo and BWM-SOLVER software. They were extracted and summarized as follows:In prioritizing the major SWOT matrix strategies, the SO strategy came first. In prioritizing the following strategies of the SO strategy, the SO1 strategy (quality segmentation of existing infrastructure and their development in line with the growing demand of customers for different types of telecommunication services and services) was given the first priority and finally in the prioritization of the following strategies ST strategy, ST1 strategy (Special attention to human capital and skilled and experienced managers within the telecommunications complex ...) became the first priority. Conducting this research, which is a selective topic different from previous research, will give those executives of the firm who are closely associated with strategic issues also pay attention to strategy in all its dimensions and prioritize them based on up-to-date scientific practices. And in trying to implement strategies and evaluate them accurately, they have a great impact on the prospects and accomplishments of the company, and overall satisfaction, while also enhancing the revenue and wealth of the company's shareholders, gives satisfaction and It also provides loyalty to its customers and employees, and ultimately to it Progress and now leads excellence. Prioritize strategies based on research criteria (increased satisfaction, motivation and commitment in employees, increased market share, decentralized growth at all levels of management and promotion, increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increased profit margin). Taken together, having a good adaptation rate (ξ of near zero) is more reliable, and finally, by forming and utilizing a secondary 12-member expert team to monitor the reliability of the research results, one of the innovations of this study was that the results showed that Significant consistency between comparisons and translations There are two expert teams.
