خلاصه تحقيق كارآفريني موضوعي نيست كه در مقطع زماني خاصي مطرح شده باشد،كارآفريني با توجه به نقش خاصي كه در رشد اقتصاد دارد، توجه زيادي را درساليان اخير به خود جلب كرده است در اين پژوهش ما به دنبال كشف وابستگي به مسير در مراحل رشد كسب و كارهاي كارآفرينانه از طريق بررسي ميزان اثر گذاري عملكرد كسب و كار در مراحل پيشين در عملكرد كسب و كار در مراحل بعدي آن هستيم. لذا در مراحل رشد يك كسب و كار كارآفرينانه اثر مراحل پيشين را بر مراحل بعدي مورد بررسي قرار دهيم. بدين منظور در قالب مفهوم وابستگي به مسير عملكرد كسب و كار هاي كارآفرينانه را درطول مراحل رشد مورد بررسي قرار خواهيم داد. جامعه آماري مورد نظر در اين پژوهش كارآفريناني هستند كه در ايران كسب و كاري را راه اندازي كرده اند.به اين منظور كارآفريناني شناسايي شدند كه سه مرحله از مرحل رشد را گذرانده باشند و با پيگيري هاي متعدد 72 پرسشنامه تكميل وعودت شد.براي بررسي صحت مدل مفهومي تدوين شده از روش آماري مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از روش كمترين مربعات جزئي در نرم افزار PLS استفاده شد. نتايج به دست آمده نشان دهنده آن است كه اولا تاثيرپذيري مراحل انتهايي از مراحل پيشين خود رد نشدند. و اين به معني اين است كه وابستگي به مسير وجود دارد و عملكرد هركدام از مراحل از عملكرد مراحل پيشين منفك نيست.نتيجه ديگر به دست آمده از اين تحقيق اين است كه با بررسي مسير بين هر يك از مراحل، هم مسير ميانجي و هم مسير مستقيم در مي يابيم كه مسير مستقيم اثر كمتري نسبت به مسير ميانجي دارد و با تفسيرنتايج عملكرد در مراحل انتهايي در مي يابيم كه عملكرد مراحل انتهايي بيشتر به مراحل مياني وابسته است. همچنين عملكرد هر مرحله بيشتر به مرحله قبل از خود وابسته است تا چند مرحله قبل يعني عملكرد مرحله سوم (موفقيت)بيشتر تحت شعاع مرحله دوم (زنده ماندن)قرار دارد تا مرحله اول(به وجود آمدن). اين موضوع به خوبي نشان ميدهد مسير دومينو وار ميانجي اثر بيشتري در موفقيت مراحل بعدي كسب وكار دارد. كلمات كليدي: كارآفريني- مراحل رشد- وابستگي به مسير- عملكرد كسب وكار

Summary of research: Entrepreneurship is not something that has been raised in a certain period of time, with regard to the particular role it has in the economic growth, has attracted a lot of attention recently. In this study, we seek to discover the dependence on the path in the process of growth of entrepreneurial businesses through investigating the impact of business performance in the earlier stages in the business performance in the subsequent stages of the business. Therefore, in the stages of development of an entrepreneurial business we will examine the effect of previous steps on the following steps. for this purpose, we examine the concept of dependence on the path of entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial practices during growth stages. the statistical population in this study is entrepreneurs who have started business in iran. for this purpose, entrepreneurs were identified that three stages of the development stage were completed and were completed& retuened with multiple of 72 questionnaires. to investigate the validity of the conceptual model formulated by the statistical method, structural equation modeling using partial least squares method was used in the pls software. the results indicate that the first steps are not rejected from the previous steps. This means that there is a dependency on the path and the dependency on the path exists, and the performance of each step is not separated from the performance of the earlier stages. The other result from this study is that by examining the path between each stage, we find the path between the mediator and the direct path when we find that the direct path has a lesser effect than the mediator path and we find that the performance of the final stages is more dependent on the intermediate stages. The performance of each step depends more on its stage than it is a few steps before that, i.e., the performance of the third stage (success)lies more under the radius of the second stage (survive) rather than first stage (exist) It shows that the domino path of mediator has a greater effect on the success of the later stages of the business.
