طراحي مجتمع مسكوني با رويكرد زمينه‌گرايي در بافت تاريخي كاشان

امروزه با عبور درون بافت تاريخي كاشان و توجه به ساختمانها ،‬همسايگي ها و محل احداث بنا شاهد غفلت و عدم توجه سازندگان از‬ مولفه هاي تاثيرگذاري چون بستر طرح ، همسايگي ها ، فرهنگ، تاريخچه ، فضاهاي جمعي و..... هستيم كه نتيجه ‫اين بي توجهي ها را مي توان در بي هويتي فضاها و ‫مكان ها ، منظر شهري نامناسب ، هرج و مرج و عدم توازن در‬ ساختارهاي جديد و قديمي و ..... بخوبي مشاهده كرد و آثار ناهماهنگ بدون هيچ نگراني و اعتنايي، بافت ها و زمينه هاي هاي شهرها و محلات تاريخي را در مي نوردد و نه تنها خود را با آن متن غني هماهنگ نمي كند، بلكه تدريجا زمينه را به رنگ خود درآورده و دچار دگرديسي مي كند. (محمد مسعود، حميدرضا بيگ زاده شهركي ، 1391 : 2 ) ، در راه رسيدن‫به پاسخي مناسب براي رفع اين موانع ميتوانيم از رويكرد تاثير‬گذار و مهمي در معماري امروز بهره گيريم ، اين رويكرد در ابعاد ‫مختلف ، كالبدي ، زيست محيطي و تاريخي و اجتماعي- فرهنگي و انساني توجه دارد در نتيجه ميتوانيم ‫رويكرد معماري زمينه گرا را گزينه مناسبي جهت نيل به هدف ‫بدانيم . ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ جهت انجام اين پژوهش در دو مرحله كلي كيفي و كمي انجام مي شود. در بخش اول از طريق روش تحليل محتوا با جمع آوري اطلاعات از مرور ادبيات موضوع درباره رويكرد مورد نظر در منابع داخلي و خارجي، چارچوبي مقدماتي براي زمينه گرايي ترسيم مي شود . در مرحله دوم براي تاييد مؤلفه هاي استخراج شده و ساختار پيشنهادي از طريق تكنيك دلفي، پرسشنامه اي در اختيار متخصصان و صاحب نظران اين حوزه قرار گرفت كه در ادامه ي روند، نياز به سه مرحله اي شدن اين تكنيك احساس شد. در انتها با توصيف و تحليل تجربيات و كارهاي معماران صاحب نظر و مطرح در بحث زمينه گرايي نتايج و مولفه هايي حاصل گشت. سپس كليه نتايج حاصله مورد تحليل قرار گرفت و مولفه ها ي موثرتر شناسايي و طبق جدولي ارائه شد و راهكارهايي در جهت تقويت مولفه هاي موثرتر ارائه گرديد كه از آنها در جهت دستيابي به طراحي مجتمع مسكوني زمينه گرا بهره گرفته شده است .

Contextualism architecture in housing architecture in the historical context of Kashan

Nowadays, as we go through the historical context of Kashan and pay attention to the buildings, neighborhoods and construction sites, we see the neglect and lack of attention of the creators of influential elements such as the context of the project, neighborhoods, culture, history, community spaces and so on. The result of these neglects can be seen in the idiosyncrasies of spaces and places, inappropriate urban landscape, chaos and imbalance in new and old structures and so on. And it transcends the contexts and contexts of historical cities and neighborhoods, not only harmonizing with that rich text, but gradually transforming the context. And undergoes metamorphosis. (Mohammad Masoud, Hamid Reza Bigzadeh Shahraki, 2012: 2) In order to reach an appropriate response to these obstacles we can take an influential and important approach in today's architecture, this approach in different dimensions, physical, environmental. And historical, socio-cultural, and human interest is in focus so we can see the contextualist approach as a viable option. This study is conducted in two stages: qualitative and quantitative. The first section delivers a preliminary framework for contextualization through a content analysis approach by gathering information from the literature reviewing the approach taken in internal and external sources. Secondly, to confirm the extracted components and the proposed structure through the Delphi technique, a questionnaire was provided to experts and experts in the field, which required the three-step technique to be followed in the process. Finally, by describing and analyzing the experiences and works of the experts in the field of contextualization, the results and components were obtained. Then, all the results were analyzed and the most effective components were identified and presented in a table, and solutions were presented to enhance the more effective components that were used to achieve the design of the contextual residential complex.
