QFD is a pioneering technique for product and service design that uses this method to identify all the demands and needs of customers and is effectively transferred to different parts of the organization, as well as a good method in quality planning. .Rud. The QFD technique has been developed with the aim of providing the product and service to the customer more efficiently and efficiently. In fact, using this method, the customer's voice is heard throughout the production chain. Systematic Innovation (TRIZ), on the other hand, is a set of knowledge related to the discovery and innovative solution of a problem that was founded by the Russian Gunnery Altshuler with the aim of improving and accelerating the work of innovators and inventing and solving innovative problems. The main purpose of this study is to provide a model for identifying customer needs using a combination of TRIZ and QFD approaches and tools. For this purpose, after reviewing the subject literature, the questionnaire was completed by TRIZ experts in order to correctly define the problem and use the best TRIZ tools and use them alongside QFD. The research method of this research is mixed. The reason for the combined method is to use a qualitative approach such as TRIZ and QFD tools. On the other hand, in QFD method, using weighting to research variables, quantitative prioritization is done, which at this stage is quantitative research. The innovative aspect of research is to identify customer needs and provide models in the specialized field of content production and combined use of innovative TRIZ and QFD tools. According to a review of the literature, no comprehensive research has been done to identify customer needs in content production. In addition, in previous studies, the combination of QFD and TRIZ has only led to the composition of the quality house and 40 principles of innovation. In this study, the combination of quality house and three tools of function analysis and properties, the final ideal result and Functional wax is used. Finally, the product of the research model is expandable in other areas in addition to the subject under study.
