Today, with the advent of societies and the advances of day to day technology of personal cars, public vehicles and even motor vehicles has become much wider and easier to use and even more necessary for the general public. One of the most important of these tools are traffic lights that regulate traffic flow and reduce latency. However, heavy traffic has been a major problem for traffic engineers around the world, and many researches have been done on the factors affecting traffic intensity and time wasted, but the important point is that due to the different cultures in All over the world, many of these factors are specific to a particular region and cannot be generalized to others. In this study, it is attempted to investigate these erroneous habits, namely the non-stop between lanes at signalized intersections, and to observe its effect on one of the most important traffic parameters, saturation flow rate, and if it approved , being used by relevant institutions to reduce heavy traffic problems.
