چكيده در پروژه مطرح شده حوزه پر اهميت جهت بررسي الگوي هاي بهينه سازي با استفاده از علوم رياضي، كامپيوتر و اقتصادي براي انتخاب بهترين گزينه و از طريق تركيب ابزار ها، روش ها و رويكرد هاي مختلف انتخاب شده است. پروژه در دست بررسي زنجيره تامين و روش هاي بهينه سازي انرژي توام با زنجيره تامين مواد متمركز بر كاربرد اين حوزه در زنجيره تامين پايين دستي مي باشد. با توجه به اين كه هيچ يك از اعمال انسان بازدهي صددرصد را ندارد به اين جهت استفاده بهينه امري مهم و غير قابل چشم پوشي است، كه در اين راستا مساله مديريت زنجيره تامين بسيار حائز اهميت است. از اين رو از نقطه نظر اقتصادي با توجه به فضاي رقابتي، تاثيرات اين حوزه بر توسعه پايدار، محيط زيست ، استمرار وجود انرژي كه ضامن ادامه حيات مي باشد و ساير پيامد ها عدم توجه به آن، موضوع بهينه سازي زنجيره تامين انرژي مطرح مي گردد. اهميت سهم نفت خام در صورت هاي مختلف انرژي (خورشيدي، بادي، بيوزيست، فسيلي) در سبد انرژي جامعه با توجه به پتانسيل هاي اين ماده و بكار گيري بهترين شيوه كه حداقل هزينه، هدر رفت، تخريب منابع و تاثيرات سوء زيست محيطي و غيره را داشته باشد، حائز اهميت است. در اين حوزه بررسي هاي بسياري در صنايع مختلف انجام گرفته است ولي متاسفانه با وجود اهميت بسيار زياد صنعت پتروشيمي وزنجيره تامين نفت خام به خصوص در بخش پايين دستي در جهت ارائه طرح ها و مدل هاي بهينه، در اين باب توجه چنداني نشده است. به دليل موارد ذكر شده با توجه به رقابت بالا در عرصه محصولات و درامد هاي نفتي در جهان و كشور و همچنين مصرف بالاي انرژي در صنعت پتروشيمي، تصميم بر بررسي مدل هايي جهت بهينه سازي حوزه مطرح در اين صنعت گرفته شد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: صنعت گاز و پتروشيمي، بهينه سازي، زنجيره تامين نفت خام، پايداري، ريسك

Design of a Sustainable network for downstream crude oil supply chain considering risk

Abstract In the proposed project, an important field has been selected to study the optimization patterns using mathematical, computer and economic sciences in order to select the best option by combining different tools, methods and approaches.The project is reviewing the supply chain and energy supply optimization methods along with the supply chain of materials focused on the application of this field in the downstream supply chain. Given that none of the human actions are 100% effective, therefore, the optimal use is important and unforgivable, in this regard, the issue of supply chain management is very important. Therefore, from an economic point of view, considering the competitive environment, the effects of this area on sustainable development, the environment, the continued existence of energy that guarantees survival, and other consequences of not paying attention to it, the issue of energy supply chain optimization is raised. The importance of the share of crude oil in various forms of energy (solar, wind, biomass, fossil) in the energy portfolio of the society according to the potentials of this material and using the best way to minimize costs, waste, destruction of resources and adverse environmental effects, etc. In this field, many studies have been done in various industries, but unfortunately, despite the great importance of the petrochemical industry and the crude oil supply chain, especially in the downstream sector, in order to provide optimal designs and models, little attention has been paid to this issue. Due to the above-mentioned issues, due to the high competition in the field of products and oil revenues in the world and the country, as well as high energy consumption in the petrochemical industry, it was decided to review models to optimize the field in this industry.
