Abstract
In the proposed project, an important field has been selected to study the optimization patterns using mathematical, computer and economic sciences in order to select the best option by combining different tools, methods and approaches.The project is reviewing the supply chain and energy supply optimization methods along with the supply chain of materials focused on the application of this field in the downstream supply chain.
Given that none of the human actions are 100% effective, therefore, the optimal use is important and unforgivable, in this regard, the issue of supply chain management is very important.
Therefore, from an economic point of view, considering the competitive environment, the effects of this area on sustainable development, the environment, the continued existence of energy that guarantees survival, and other consequences of not paying attention to it, the issue of energy supply chain optimization is raised.
The importance of the share of crude oil in various forms of energy (solar, wind, biomass, fossil) in the energy portfolio of the society according to the potentials of this material and using the best way to minimize costs, waste, destruction of resources and adverse environmental effects, etc.
In this field, many studies have been done in various industries, but unfortunately, despite the great importance of the petrochemical industry and the crude oil supply chain, especially in the downstream sector, in order to provide optimal designs and models, little attention has been paid to this issue.
Due to the above-mentioned issues, due to the high competition in the field of products and oil revenues in the world and the country, as well as high energy consumption in the petrochemical industry, it was decided to review models to optimize the field in this industry.
