بااينكه موضوع قراردادهاي هوشمند در حدود بيست‌وپنج سال پيش به جهان معرفي شد، به دليل گنگ بودن بسياري از جنبه‌هاي آن تا حدود ده سال بعد مغفول ماند، اما پس از تولد بيت‌كوين و افزايش كاربران آن در طول مدت كوتاه، توجه جوامع علمي به اين فناوري معطوف شد و تحقيقات گسترده‌اي درزمينه كاربردي سازي آن در زمينه‌ها و صنايع مختلف صورت گرفت. در سال‌هاي اخير چندين پروژه در اين در سطح جهان انجام‌شده است. يكي از موضوعات جذابي كه موردتوجه بوده است به‌كارگيري ظرفيت‌هاي اين فناوري در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور براي رفع چالش‌ها يا پياده‌سازي مدل‌هاي مختلف طراحي و مديريت سازمان است. اما در ايران مطالعه‌اي با توجه به وضعيت سازمان‌ها و فناوري موردبحث صورت نگرفته است. اين تحقيق از منظر هدف، از نوع كاربردي و ازنظر گردآوري داده‌ها و اطلاعات و روش تجزيه‌وتحليل، يك تحقيق توصيفي، استنباطي است كه ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي آن پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق خبرگان و فعالان اين حوزه در ايران است. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه استقرار قراردادهاي هوشمند مبتني بر زنجيره بلوكي بر موفقيت سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور تأثير دارد و پياده‌سازي مهندسي سازماني در اين تأثير نقش ميانجي دارد.

Investigating the effect of blockchain based smart contracts on enterprise engineering in project oriented organizations

Although the subject of smart contracts was introduced to the world about twenty-five years ago, due to the ambiguity of many aspects of it, it was neglected until about ten years later, after the birth of Bitcoin and increase in the number of users in a short time, The attention of the scientific community was altered to this technology, afterwards extensive researches were carried out in the field of its application in various portions and industries. In recent years, several projects have been carried out worldwide on the technology. One of the interesting topics that has been considered is application of this technologies capacities in project-based organizations for solveing the challenges or implementing different models of design and management of the organization. However, no study has been conducted in Iran according to the situation of organizations and technology in the region. This research is a descriptive, inferential research that is a tool for data collection in terms of application, and in terms of data collection and information and analysis. The statistical population of this study is experts and activists in this field in Iran. The results of this study show that the application of blockchain based smart contracts has an impact on the success of project-based organizations, and the implementation of organizational engineering plays a mediating role in this impact.
