محاسبه ي قابليت اطمينان و بررسي و ارزيابي سطح آماده بكاري ناوگان، خصوصا لكوموتيوها، مي تواند در صنعت حمل و نقل ريلي كمك شايان توجهي به پيشبرد اهداف اين صنعت نمايد. از جمله اين اهداف: ايمن سازي، ارتقاء سطح كيفيت خدمات و نيل به سودآوري بيشتر است. در اين تحقيق خرابي هاي لكوموتيوهاي GM سري پايين (G12,G22W ) راه آهن جمهوري اسلامي ايران به 8 دسته ي مكانيكي، برقي، بوژي، برقي مكانيكي، ترمزي، سوانح، مكانيكي ترمزي، تجهيزات تقسيم بندي شده اند كه بالاترين درصد خرابي هاي اين دسته از لكوموتيوها در مدت 7 ماه متوالي كه تحقيق صورت گرفته است، مربوط به دسته ي مكانيكي برقي و برقي مي باشد. محاسبه ي قابليت اطمينان مبتني بر تحليل آناليز حالات بالقوه خرابي و آثار آن و تجزيه و تحليل درخت خطا صورت گرفته است. همچنين نرخ خرابي و سطح آماده بكاري لكوموتيوهاي GM سري پايين كليه خطوط سراسر كشور بر مبناي اطلاعات و آمار بدست آمده در اين 7 ماه مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است. در اين پروژه با توجه به آمار خرابي هاي حاصل از نرم افزارهاي آماري، بهترين تابع توزيع خرابي ها، تابع وايبل دو پارامتري مورد تاييد قرار دارد. در آخر هم با ارائه راهكارهايي، جهت ارتقاء قابليت اطمينان و سطح آماره بكاري ديزل هاي GM سري پايين توصيه به حذف و يا به حداقل رساندن خرابي هايي كه بيشترين سهم در تنزل قابليت اطمينان و به طبع آن سطح آماده بكاري اين دسته ديزل ها را دارند، گرديده است.

Reliability calculation and availability analysis of early series of GM locomotives

Calculating the reliability and checking and evaluating the level of availability of the fleet, especially locomotives, can significantly contribute to advancing the goals of the rail transport industry. These goals include:immunization, improving the quality of services and achieving greater profitability. In this dissertation, the failures of Early series of GM locomotives (G12, G22W) of the railways of Islamic Republic of Iran are divided into 8 categories: mechanical, electric, bogei , electric mechanical, braking, accidents,braking mechanical , equipment, which the highest percentage of failures the category of locomotives for 7 consecutive months of research is related to the category of electrical and electric mechanical. Reliability calculation is based on Failure mode and effects analysis and fault tree analysis. Also, the failure rate and level of availability Early series of GM locomotives of all lines across the country have been examined based on the information and statistics obtained in these 7 months. In this project, according to the statistics of failures resulting from statistical software, the best failure distribution function, two-parameter Weibull function is approved. Finally, in order to improve the reliability and level of availability of early series of GM locomotives is given a set of recommendations to eliminate or minimize failures that have the greatest share in reducing reliability and, of course, the level of readiness of these diesels.
