بررسي عوامل خروج كارآفرين در مراحل رشد كسب وكار (در كسب وكارهاي الكترونيك)

خروج كارآفريني بعنوان يك تصميم كارآفرين و به معني ترك بنگاه توسط كارآفرين تلقي مي شود. خروج كارآفريني يكي از مهم ترين تصميمات و همچنين يكي از نكات قابل توجه در مطالعات پويايي كارآفريني است. بررسي خروج و پرداختن به آن از آن جهت مهم است كه نقطه خروج به عنوان گام پاياني كسب وكار است. درواقع يك چرخه كارآفريني هنگامي تكميل مي شود كه خروج كارآفرين اتفاق مي افتد و بررسي كسب وكارها بدون بررسي و شناخت خروج منجر به درك ناقص از فرآيند كارآفريني مي شود. در اين پژوهش سعي شده است با بررسي مطالعات پيشين حوزه خروج كارآفرين عوامل خروج كارآفرينان از منظر تيم و فرد شناسايي و استخراج شود و پس از آن با مطالعه مراحل مختلف كسب وكار و اولويت بندي هر يك از دلايل خروج در هرمرحله از كسب وكار بررسي شود. در اين پژوهش به دليل بررسي عوامل خروج در مراحل مختلف كسب وكار (بررسي متغير ثابت در شرايط مختلف) از روش اندازه هاي تكراري كه طرح تعميم وتوسعه يافته مقايسه هاي زوجي است استفاده شده است. دراين پژوهش از منتورها، خبرگان، اساتيد و پژوهشگران و كارآفرينان براي ارزيابي و رتبه بندي متغير ها استفاده شده است. باتوجه به يافته هاي اين پژوهش انجام شده در ميابيم كه دلايل خروج در مراحل مختلف كسب وكار متفاوت بوده و دلايل فردي خروج كارآفرين در مراحل مختلف كسب وكار متفاوت از دلايل شركتي خروج كارآفرين مي باشد. همچينين دلايل شركتي خروج كارآفرين در سبكهاي كارآفرين تجاري وكارآفرين اجتماعي از الگويي مشابه تبعيت مي كند.

Identification and ranking of entrepreneur exit factors in the business stages (e.business)

Entrepreneurship is considered an entrepreneurial decision by an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship departure is one of the most important decisions and also one of the important points in entrepreneurship dynamics studies. Examining the exit and addressing it is important because the exit point is the final step of the business. In fact, an entrepreneurial cycle is completed when the entrepreneur's exit occurs, and examining businesses without examining and recognizing the exit leads to an incomplete understanding of the entrepreneurial process. In this study, by examining previous studies in the field of entrepreneurial exit, it has been tried to identify and extract the factors of entrepreneurial exit from the perspective of team and individual, and then by studying different stages of business and prioritizing each of the reasons for leaving business at any stage. . In this study, due to the study of exit factors in different stages of business (study of constant variable in different conditions), the method of duplicate measurements, which is a generalized and developed plan of couple comparisons, has been used. In this research, mentors, experts, professors, researchers and entrepreneurs have been used to evaluate and rank variables. Based on the findings of this study, we find that the reasons for leaving at different stages of the business are different and the individual reasons for leaving the entrepreneur at different stages of the business are different from the reasons for leaving the company. Also, the reasons for the entrepreneurial company's departure in the styles of commercial entrepreneur and social entrepreneur follow a similar pattern.
