به موازات رشد جمعيت شهرنشيني، شهرها با دشواري‌هاي فراواني روبه‌رو شده‌اند. ارزش بالاي زمين و يا كمبود آن سبب ساخت و ساز متراكم عمودي_ آپارتمان نشيني و برج‌نشيني _ شده‌است . اگرچه اين‌گونه راه‌كارها توانسته‌اند تا اندازه‌اي كمبود مسكن و توسعه افقي شهرها را ساماني دهند اما شهر و شهروندان را با سختي‌هاي جديدي بخصوص در ابعاد اجتماعي مواجه كرده‌اند. وجود تحقيقات گسترده و بي‌شمار در زمينه شناسايي و پاسخ‌گويي به مسائل اجتماعي شهري، برهاني بر اين مدعاست. كنش‌هاي اجتماعي هم از جهت آن كه جز ‌نيازهاي اساسي هر فرد است و هم از آن جهت كه جزئي از شيونات جدايي‌ناپذير فرهنگ ايراني است در برنامه‌ريزي شهري و طراحي اهميت ويژه‌اي دارد. شايد بتوان گفت خانه و فضاي پيراموني كه فرد زمان زيادي را در آن مي‌گذراند بايستي قابليت شكل‌گيري كنش‌هاي اجتماعي را داشته باشد. در اين پژوهش سعي شده‌است، مولفه ‌و عناصر موثر بر كنش‌هاي اجتماعي از ديد ساكنان مجتمع‌هاي مسكوني استخراج گردد و ميزان اهميت هر مولفه و عنصر سنجيده شود. از اين رو با طراحي پرسش¬نامه متشكل از 40 گويه ناظر بر دو سطح خانه و محيط پيرامون تهيه گرديد و سپس 158 نفر در محله شيخ جنيد مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. پرسش‌ها براساس اصول و معيارهاي مرتبط در ادبيات نظري طراحي شده است و پرسش شوندگان در قالب طيف ليكرت به سوالات پاسخ داده‌اند. تحليل نتيجه، با استفاده از spss نشان مي ‌دهد: براساس محتوا ميزان اهميت مولفه‌هاي "پنام" با رتبه اول و ميانگين 10.52،"تعامل با طبيعت"در رتبه دوم و ميانگين 10.43 و "تباين فضايي" در رتبه سوم با ميانگين 9.90 است. هم چنين براساس هدف، مولفه‌هاي " عايق كاري"با رتبه اول و ميانگين 22.83، "وجودعنصر سبز و آّب" رتبه دوم و ميانگين 22.64 و "گشايش فضايي" رتبه سوم و ميانگين 21.68 بيش¬ترين اهميت را در كنش¬هاي اجتماعي ساكنان دارد.

Designing a residential complex with the approach of promoting social interactions In the historical context of Sheikh Junaid neighborhood of Shiraz

With the growth of population and the desire for urbanization, cities have faced many problems. The high value or scarcity of land has led to dense, vertical construction and solutions such as dwelling in towers and apartments. Although such solutions have been able to partially address issues such as housing, controlling the horizontal development of cities, etc., but have faced the city and citizens with new problems, especially in the social aspects. Extensive research on identifying and responding to urban social issues is proof of this claim. The issue of social interactions is considered as a critical subject in urban planning and design, because it is one of the basic needs of every individual and also because it is an integral and inseparable part of Iranian culture. It can be said that the house and its surrounding space which residents spend a lot of time at them should be capable to form social interactions. In this research, it has been tried to extract the factors which affecting social interactions in residential complexes from the residents' perspective and to measure the importance of each factors. Therefore, by designing a questionnaire consisting of 40 items on both levels of the house and its surrounding spaces, 158 people from Sheikh Junaid neighborhood were interviewed. The questions are designed based on the relevant principles and criteria in the theoretical literature and the respondents answered the questions in the form of Likert range. The results of the analysis using SPSS show: Based on the content, the importance of the components "isolation" with the first rank and the average rank of 10.52, "Interaction with nature" in the second rank and the average of 10.43 and "Spatial contrast" in the third rank with the average of 9.90. Also, according to the purpose, the components of "insulation" with the first rank and average of 22.83, "existence of green and water element" with the second rank and average of 22.64 and "spatial opening" with the third rank and average of 21.68 are the most important in social interactions for residents.
