بازآفريني بافت تاريخي شهر بوشهر با تاكيد بر آشكارسازي پتانسيل‌هاي گردشگري فرهنگ‌مبنا

امروزه با گسترش شهرها و روند سريع رشد آن‌ها، بافت‌هاي تاريخي به فراموشي سپرده شده‌اند. طراحي فضاهاي شهري براي عبور راحت‌تر خودروها، موجب نابودي بافت‌هاي تاريخي و حذف عابران از اين فضاها شده است. علاوه بر آن، وجود عناصر بسيار ارزشمند در اين بافت‌ها، لزوم حفاظت از بافت قديم شهرها را بيش از پيش نمايان كرده است. بافت تاريخي شهر بوشهر نيز ميراث فرهنگي غني را در خود جاي داده است. مشكلات عديده‌اي نظير مهاجرت ساكنين اصلي، تخريب ابنيه و وضعيت بصري نامطلوب، عدم وجود زيرساخت‌هاي شهري و مشكلات بهداشتي ناشي از آن و... كه در اين بافت وجود داشته، به همراه معماري متمايز، آداب و رسوم فرهنگي رو به فراموشي، موجب شده تا اين پژوهش با رويكرد توصيفي-تحليلي، و با هدف بازآفريني بافت تاريخي با رويكرد آشكارسازي پتانسيل‌هاي گردشگري فرهنگ‌مبنا، به حل اين مسائل بپردازد. اطلاعات مورد نياز اين پژوهش از طريق روش‌هاي كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني استخراج شده و پس از تدقيق محدوده مورد مطالعه، با روش‌هاي مختلفي نظير مصاحبه و استفاده از نرم‌افزار GIS، به تجزيه و تحليل پرداخته شده است. در اين پژوهش چگونگي آشكارسازي پتانسيل‌هاي گردشگري و توسعه آن‌ها در بافت قديم از طريق بازآفريني بافت تاريخي شهر بوشهر مشخص شده است. ضمن انجام اين تحقيق، شاخص‌هاي و معيارهاي طراحي مسير گردشگري نظير اولويت حركت پياده در برابر سواره، وجود اختلاط كاربري، وجود نشانه‌ها و بناهاي شاخص فرهنگي و... شناسايي شده و وضعيت هر كدام در بافت تاريخي سنجيده شده است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه پتانسيل‌هاي گردشگري بسياري در زمينه‌هاي تاريخي-فرهنگي، مذهبي، تجاري و آداب و رسوم در بافت تاريخي شهر بوشهر وجود دارد. جهت معرفي اين پتانسيل‌ها به گردشگران، سه سناريو مختلف گردشگري در بافت تاريخي شهر بوشهر تعريف شده كه تلاش شده است بر اساس موضوع هر كدام، بيشترين برخورداري از نقاط تاريخي و پتانسيل‌هاي گردشگري را داشته باشد. در نهايت و پس از تعيين سناريو منتخب، تورهاي مختلف گردشگري بر اساس موضوعات فرهنگي-تاريخي، تجاري و آيين و رسوم، برنامه‌ريزي و بخشي از مسير طراحي شده است. شايسته است كه از طريق تعريف مسيرهاي گردشگري مشخص در بافت تاريخي و برگزاري تورهاي گردشگري متعدد، اين پتانسيل‌ها را به گردشگران داخلي و خارجي معرفي كرده و موجب رونق اقتصاد ساكنين، جلوگيري از مهاجرت ساكنان اصلي و برندسازي بافت تاريخي شهر بوشهر شد.

Regeneration of the historic fabric of Bushehr with emphasis on detection culture-led tourism potentials

Today, with the expansion of cities and their rapid growth, historical contexts have been forgotten. The design of urban spaces for easier passage of vehicles causes the destruction of historical contexts and removal of pedestrians from these spaces. Moreover, the existence of valuable elements in these contexts has made the necessity of protecting the old fabric of cities more than ever. The historical fabric of Bushehr also has a rich cultural heritage. Numerous problems such as migration of main residents, destruction of buildings and unfavorable visual condition, lack of urban infrastructure and health problems caused by it and etc. that exist in this context, along with different architecture, forgotten cultural customs, have led to this research to solve these issues with descriptive - analytical approach, and with the aim of regenerating the historical context with the approach of revealing the potentials of culture-led tourism. The information required for this research has been extracted through library and harvest field methods, and after examining the case study area, it has been analyzed by various methods such as interviews and the use of GIS software. This shows how the historical context of Bushehr can be traced to the detection of tourism potential and tourism development in the historical context. While conducting this research, the indicators and criteria for designing a tourist route, such as priority of pedestrian movement against cars, mixed land use, existence of cultural building and etc, have been identified and the status of each one has been measured in the historical context. The results of the study indicate that there are many tourism potentials in historical-cultural, religious, commercial and traditions in the historical context of Bushehr. In order to introduce these potentials to tourists, three different tourism scenarios have been defined in the historical context of Bushehr, which has tried to have the most historical sites and tourism potentials based on the subject of each. Finally, after determining the selected scenario, different tours are planned based on cultural-historical, trade and customs issues, and one part of the path was designed. It is worthy to introduce these potentials to tourists by defining specific tourist routes and holding numerous tourist tours in the historical context, and caused the prosperity of the residents' economy, preventing the migration of the main residents and branding the historical context of Bushehr.
