On the other hand, driving violations are always one of the causes of problems, problems and traffic accidents in all societies. The main objective of this research is to investigate the important and influential variables on committing violations of motor-vehicle taxi drivers in Iran. Several variables were defined in four groups (driver, vehicle, road and environment, travel), and data related to these variables were collected. Data collection was carried out in an unbiased manner using existing data (Tehran traffic guidance and taxi services), from the beginning of April 2016 to the end of March, 2017. Model violations of internal taxi drivers at three levels, including violation of the crossing of traffic lights, passing of vehicles from the special line, exceeding authorized speed was categorized. For data analysis, multivariate logistic regression model was used. In the end, the result was that the likelihood of committing an offenses to cross the light bulb, passing of vehicles from the special line and exceeding authorized speed on a day's work is more than a non-working day. Taxi drivers are also more likely to commit passing the special line violations during the day than at night. Also, for taxi drivers over the age of 60, the probability of passing a light bulb exceeds that of drivers aged less than 45 years. The results of this study showed that drivers own less-owned cars and more luxury cars than car drivers with a longer life and less costly driving offenses. for drivers with type I license, the risk of passing a red light was less than drivers with type II certificate. At the end, the results of this study showed that the probability of violating the speed limit exceeds that of taxi drivers with linear activity type than other taxi drivers with other types of activity. Circular taxi drivers also have more red light traffic offenses, special type taxi drivers are more likely to exceed speed limits, and Calling taxi drivers are more likely to cross the special lane. Finally, it can be said that taxi drivers with special activity type have less violations than other groups of taxi drivers and taxi drivers with linear activity have the highest rate of violations studied
