In this research, the piles’ load-settlement curves have been modeled using the results of cone penetration test (CPT) and finite element software, ABAQUS v6.11 and modeling results would be compared with curves derived from the in-situ pile-load tests. Apparently, the correct determination of piles’ bearing capacity is so substantial and variety of influencing factors such as discontinuity of pile’s surrounding soil, type of pile installation, pile material and geometry of pile’s section and many various other terms, put us in a challenging way to estimate the bearing capacity of piles correctly. Pile load test as a reliable way, could be used in design, analysis and installation of piles in order to determine the bearing capacity. In other hand, implementation of in situ large-scale test, in spite of acceptable accuracy, is costly. So using numerical methods is being widespread. Modeled piles are located in sand and are installed via driving. Considering final results, each one of 23 piles, is fitting to one of 2 created trends of modeling, and the most common trend that is number 2, that assumes the more boundary on skin of the piles in order to expected amount, by increasing k0. So mode 2 could be presented as dominant modeling method in this paper and few other cases fitting to other trends would be analyzed.
