With the increasing tendency to urbanization in recent years, the benefit of urban housing and housing demand has cheap construction in the larger cities of the country including Tehran is increased. Accordingly, in recent years, projects called Mehr housing intending to provide housing for low-income groups in most cities of the country, and even though initially the construction of these projects was accelerated and the demand for them was increasing day by day, It did not take long for their projects to quickly decline in popularity due to the poor quality of the architecture in the design.
Meanwhile, the construction of social housing as a project, as opposed to the Mehr housing project, includes the design and construction of affordable housing in cities instead of their outskirts, which is an option to reduce the problems of projects such as Mehr housing and the most important difference It is located within the city limits, especially worn-out structures. Intervention in worn-out urban structures in different countries of the world has a history of several hundred years, and in Iran, due to the existence of cities with old texture, this in its modern form has been done for several decades. Degradation of quality characteristics in urban spaces dilapidated urban textures has a reciprocal effect on reducing the quality of urban spaces and the quality of urban life. In this study, using library studies in a systematic review method, after collecting materials, information is examined and the effective components in designing a combined income housing complex by the Delphi method are determined and finally effective solutions in designing this type of complex. From the summary of the answers of the closed questionnaire with Likert scale and AHP to improve social interactions and class coexistence, policy and management strategies such as project financing, the accessibility of the residential area to public transportation have been stated. Results of studies in design by dividing blocks based on the main axes and effects of the neighborhood in addition to environmental conditions such as lighting and wind, defining the height line and the number of floors based on the definition of entrance and desirable readability, yards at height with the possibility of defining privacy User and socialization spaces with scales are provided for different blocks.
