In this thesis, by examining a supply system and various conditions, we intend to guarantee the minimum time of power outage in the system by considering a spare warehouse and the amount of accumulation in it. Another issue discussed in this thesis is the sensitivity of the number of spare parts and the required budget to factors such as the amount of lost load, the number of equipment in operation, the value of each asset, repair and replacement time and the rate of failure of each equipment. Each of the factors in optimizing the accumulation rate should be considered.
For this purpose, we first examine the various methods that have been proposed in various sources so far, and by comparing the proposed methods, we select the selected method to advance the goal in this thesis. Then we examine the effect of one-to-one changes of each factor along with the other factor. In the next step, we have modeled the lifespan of the assets to obtain the optimal number of spare parts with numbers and hypothetical conditions for a system.
Then we examine the effect of each factor in determining the optimal number of spare equipment and which factor has the greatest impact on other factors and the growth or decrease of which factor will cause the growth or decrease of another factor and in fact By analyzing the sensitivities that have been made, we have found it helpful to identify vital factors to reduce storage costs and ultimately manage the system properly to deal with power outages. It should be noted that the most important step taken in this thesis is to consider the occurrence of simultaneous failures.
Finally, using the equations obtained, we have studied the problem of determining and determining the optimal number of spare parts related to the distribution systems of each of the provinces of the country; So that all the basic equipment has been determined separately for each of the provinces.
