With the help of electricity, all kinds of metals can be cut and machined. Today, all kinds of devices such as: there is wirecut and spark. The main purpose of this research is to make the wire of wirecut machine which is not produced and supplied in the country and is an imported product. In this research, how to analyze wire materials with a diameter of 0.25 mm was examined and then by rolling process. The sections of the cylindrical block with a diameter of 10 mm are converted to1.5 mm and then by the process of pulling the wire in several steps, which in each step was reduced by about 0.15 of the diameter of the wire, the diameter of the 1.5 mm wire is converted to wire to diameter It should be noted that in each of the 4 stages of wire drawing, an intermediate stage annealing has been done because the number of annealing stages is high and we have annealed before and after rolling the sections so as not to cause dryness and brittleness of the wire in each .The annealing stage reduced the temperature from the previous stage by about 70-50. After reaching a diameter of 0.5 mm, the rest of the steps were performed using wire tension in a vacuum, because according to the simulation performed in Abacus software, the possibility of wire rupture in these several final stages and the high heat of the wire cause the loss of its physical properties, which is the case by testing two wires one at a time. First one in vacuum and others proved without vacuum that after bringing the wire to a diameter of 0.25 mm, the wire was tested in a wirecut machine for nickel-based superalloy, which showed parameters such as dimensional tolerances of the wire and tensile strength of the wire in the machine, which is about 900-500 MPa. And input parameters such as on and off pulse, servo voltage, forward speed were investigated. Then, the cut specimens in terms of surface macrohardness are obtained from the cut and the surface roughness, which is one of the important parameters of machining, was examined based on two criteria, Ra and Rz, and was matched with the external specimen and approved. The produced wire is more desirable than the foreign sample wire in terms of reducing the diameter after machining.
