Today, cosmetic surgeries are very popular among the people of the world, among these Rhinoplasty is the most common cosmetic surgery in facial operations .Septoplasty is also a procedure to straighten the septum of the nose. The combination of these two surgeries is called Septorhinoplasty in which the calculation of flow, speed, pressure and air resistance before and after surgery is very important.From a patient who is a candidate for septorhinoplasty, CT scan images and acoustic rhinometry examination were taken before and after surgery, during which the cross-sectional area of the air cavity was reported at different intervals. Based on the CT images, a three-dimensional model of his airway before and after the operation was developed using simulation software. These models were subjected to resting conditions of rest, light activity and heavy activity and the analysis results were validated using rhinometric acoustic data.The results obtained from the finite element simulation indicate a decrease in the cross-sectional area of the air cavity, which has increased the maximum pressure in this cavity after surgery.
