One of the important components of motorcycles is their frame, which is strength, ergonomics and the weight of motorcycle depends on it. The various motorcycle components are connected to its frame. Electric motorcycle frames are loaded due to the passenger weight, weight of motocycle components, load weights, the unevenness of the movement path and during bracking and acceleration. In motorcycle frame design, stiffness is of great importance. Experimental analysis of rigidity is a very costly and time consuming, so the finite element methods can be used to simulate the stiffness of the structures. In this thesis, the frame of an electric motorcycle is designed in catia sofware and is meshed in hypermesh software and then the characteristics of the material is defined in the abaqus software and then in vertical, longitudinal, transverse and torsion modes the corresponding stiffness of the aluminume frame is calculated.
