In order to survive, keeping pace with technological changes and market regulation are necessary, due to today’s constantly changing business environment, and only the companies, capable of continuous evaluation of market needs and technological requirements which leads to having a dynamic business model, can remain competitive. Automotive industry is not an exception, and if automakers want to stay profitable in new competitive conditions caused by Fourth Industrial Revolution, their business model should be dynamic and sustainable over times. In this research, in order to better know about future competitive environment, Mega trends which have a great impact on future of automotive industry, are introduced in two sets of strategic and technologic. Then, the fact that how each Mega trend affect specific parts of Business Model Canvas are thoroughly studied. Next, fifty requirements developed by all Mega trends are extracted from literature review, and then reduced by thirty with the help of the elite’s consultation. Then, the potential buyers of international automakers are given Kano survey based on pre-mentioned requirements to categorize them into basic, performance and attractive requirements. Based on Kano model categories and Mega trends, fifteen Key Success Factor which are needed to help automakers cope with new business environment, are firstly introduced. Then with the professional advice from the elite working in R&D, ten KSFs are finalized to be given to the elite. They were asked to fill out DEMATEl standard form.
