تبعات ناشي از شكست غير از عوامل آشكاري چون مسائل مالي، انحلال، فروش اموال، تسويه حساب‌ها و ... پيامدهاي پنهاني در ابعاد اجتماعي و شخصيتي از منظر روحي _ رواني دارد كه گاه موجب انزواي كامل كارآفرين مي‌گردد، بنابراين شناخت تبعات رواني شكست، پيشگيري از موارد قابل پيش‌بيني است. در اين پژوهش به تحليل پيامدهاي رواني - انگيزشي اثرات شكست با تعديل‌گري نوع كارآفريني و شخصيت كارآفرين در كارآفرينان پرداخته شد. اين موضوع داراي اهميت است كه آيا كارآفرينان پس از شكست مجددا برخاسته و ادامه مسير مي‌دهند يا منزوي و شكست‌خورده به گوشه‌ايي مي‌روند تا روزگار، سرنوشت‌شان را رقم زند. نوع كسب‌وكارها از منظر اختياري يا اجباري و صفات و نوع شخصيت كارآفرين در شكست بعنوان عوامل دروني و بيروني تاثير بسزايي در انزواطلبي و افول يك كارآفرين و يا برعكس انگيزه گرفتن براي شروع دوباره و درس آموختن از شكست بعنوان پلي براي پيروزي دارد. در اين تحقيق، "ميزان تلاش" و "اعتقاد به توانايي" كارآفرينان پس از شكست با تعديل‌گري نوع كارآفريني و نوع شخصيت كارآفريني اندازه‌گيري شد. "ميزان تلاش" و "اعتقاد به توانايي" از اثرات و پيامدهاي رواني و انگيزشي شكست با تعديل‌گري عوامل دروني و بيروني است، كه با تحليل و بررسي آن مي‌توان كارآفرينان را از اثرات و پيامدهاي پس از شكست آشنا كرد تا در مواجه با آن آگاهانه برخورد كنند و از اثرات سوء شكست و تبعات روحي و رواني آن كاسته شود. در اين تحقيق با فرض اين كه تعديل‌گر "كارآفريني فرصت‌گرا" و "شخصيت برون‌گرا كارآفرين" باعث تاثير بر پيامدهاي رواني- انگيزشي شكست مي‌گردد و موجب كاهش ميزان تلاش و كاهش اعتقاد به توانايي فرد كارآفرين نسبت به تعديل‌گر "كارآفريني اجباري" با "شخصيت درون‌گرا" شده، پژوهش شد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش كارآفريناني هستند كه در ايران كسب وكاري را راه‌اندازي كرده‌اند و جمع‌آوري اطلاعات مربوطه به طور عمده از روش ميداني (پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است. در اين پژوهش براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با توجه به مدل عوامل شكست كارآفريني وپيامدهاي شكست بر كارآفرين، از معادلات ساختاري به شيوه كمترين مربعات جزئي استفاده گرديد و PLS-SEM مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.

Analysis of the impact of entrepreneur's failure on its psychological and motivational outcomes by moderating effect of origin of causes and entrepreneur character

Consequences of failure other than obvious factors such as financial issues, liquidation, sale of property, settlement, etc. have hidden consequences in the social and personality dimensions from a psychological point of view that sometimes leads to complete isolation of the entrepreneur, so recognizing the psychological consequences of failure, Prevention of cases is predictable. In this study, the psychological-motivational consequences of failure effects were analyzed by adjusting the type of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial personality in entrepreneurs. It matters whether entrepreneurs get back on track after a failure or continue to go into isolation and failure to determine their own destiny. The type of business is optional or forced and the traits and personality of the entrepreneur in failure as internal and external factors have a significant impact on the isolation and decline of an entrepreneur or vice versa motivation to start again and learn from failure as a bridge to success. In this study, the "effort" and "belief in ability" of entrepreneurs after failure were measured by adjusting the type of entrepreneurship and the type of entrepreneurial personality. "Effort" and "belief in ability" are the psychological and motivational effects and consequences of failure by modulating internal and external factors, which can be analyzed and examined to familiarize entrepreneurs with the effects and consequences after failure to face it consciously. To deal with and reduce the effects of failure and its psychological consequences. In this study, assuming that the modifier of "opportunistic entrepreneurship" and "extroverted personality of the entrepreneur" affects the psychological-motivational consequences of failure and reduces the amount of effort and belief in the ability of the entrepreneur to modify "forced entrepreneurship" with "introverted personality" ", Was researched. The statistical population in this study is entrepreneurs who have started a business in Iran and the collection of relevant information is mainly the field method (questionnaire). In this study, to analyze the data according to the model of entrepreneurial failure factors and the consequences of failure on the entrepreneur, structural equations using the least squares method were used and PLS-SEM was used.
