One of the most important goals of green chemistry is to achieve new methods and
technologies and import them into a chemical production cycle. In such a way as to
eliminate the environmental damage caused by their production and make it economica lly
viable.
Accordingly, reducing the use of high-risk organic solvents, using renewable and
biodegradable sources and replacing conventional energy sources with new and optimal
sources, preparing and using heterogeneous catalysts are examples of proposed practical
solutions. It has been in recent years that chemists around the world have been paying
attention.Given the importance mentioned, multicomponent reactions and nanocatalysts
can lead us to this goal.
In this study, with the focus on the synthesis of heterocyclic and intermediate compounds
of the drug due to the wide range of biological and medicinal properties, a core- shell
magnetic Nano Catalysts functionalized with amino phenyl acetic acid was
synthesized. Used for the synthesis of organic matter in multi-component reactions and
the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds (derivatives 1 and 4 of dihydropyridines and
polyhydroquinolines). Identification of synthesized catalysts and organic compounds
prepared by mechanical methods.
Advantages of this research include the use of recyclable and environmentally friendly
recyclers, simple test methods, short reaction times, high interest rates, low cost, the use
of green solvents and less pollution.
