Materials, machinery and manpower are the backbone and the three main pillars of an industry, so their management and control have an effective role in the output of the industry. One of the best ways to control resources is to use a real-time location system. This dissertation examines the impact of the presence of a location system in a factory. So far, the impact of this system in the medical and industrial fields has been studied operationally and it has brought remarkable results. In this end, an attempt has been made to investigate the effect of the location system in general by performing simulations in the environment of ARNA software in part audio and in MATLAB software in general. According to the results of ARNA software in different parts of a factory, an average of 19% increase in yield and 19.3% increase in production has been achieved. In addition, the results obtained from the simulation of IOBPCS, VIOBPCS, APIOBPCS and APVIOBPCS inventory control systems as a measurement criterion in MATLAB environment show that in the presence of demand positioning system, the response to demand in these systems has significantly improved. 20% to 30% performance and the rate of delay in responding to incoming demands has improved between 60% to 75%. In addition to the mentioned inventory control systems, it was designed to control the optimal controller inventory, which according to the obtained results, a 100% improvement in the demand response rate has been achieved.
