ارائه الگوي همكاري صنعت ارتباطات با دانشگاه (مطالعه موردي : شركت همراه اول)

همكاري صنعت و دانشگاه در سال هاي اخير يكي از حساس ترين و مهم ترين نقاط در حوزه مديريت دانشگاه ها بوده است. از آنجايي كه فرايندهاي كاري و ماهيت فعاليت هاي اين دو با يكديگر تفاوت هاي بنيادين دارد، به نظر مي رسد همسويي اين دو حوزه قدري دشوار باشد. اما توجه به پيامدهاي اين جدايي نظير هزينه بر بودن پروژه هاي صنعتي و شكست پروژه ها در كنار فرار مغزها و بي استفاده بودن پژوهش هاي دانشگاهي باعث مي شود كه اين همكاري ضرورتي دو چندان داشته باشد. در اين پژوهش هدف ما تدوين مدلي براي همكاري شركت همراه اول با دانشگاه بوديم. روش استفاده شده در اين پژوهش به صورت كيفي مي باشد و ابزار اصلي گردآوري داده ها مصاحبه عميق با خبرگان است. تعداد 14 خبره از اساتيد دانشگاهي و فعالان حوزه صنعت در اين پژوهش مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند و داده ها ناشي از مصاحبه از طريق نظريه داده بنياد مورد تجزيه و تحليل واقع شد. كدگذاري صورت گرفته نشان مي دهد كه اصلي ترين چالش هاي برقراري ارتباط شامل چالش هاي رويه اي (مكانيزم هاي ارتباطي و مكانيزم هاي همكاري) و همچنين چالش هاي محتوايي (ارزش هاي سازماني، اهداف سازماني و وظايف سازماني) است. از جمله اصلي ترين پيامدهاي تداوم وضع موجود براي دانشگاه آسيب هاي وارده به دانشگاه مي توان به سرخوردگي، هدررفت سرمايه علمي و فرار مغزها اشاره كرد در حاليكه آسيب هاي وارده به صنعت شامل تاخير در توسعه ، افزايش هزينه ها و وابستگي بيشتر به كشورهاي خارجي است. همچنين بهبود وضع موجود نيازمند دو دسته راهبرد است كه راهبردهاي كوتاه مدت شامل تغيير در برنامه درسي دانشگاهي و افزايش سهم پژوهش در صنعت است در حاليكه راهبردهاي بلند مدت شامل گسترش ارتباطات ميان صنعت و دانشگاه، بازديد از مراكز صنعتي و برگزاري همايش هاي مشترك است.

Provide a collaborative model of the communications industry with the university(Case study : Hamrah Aval compan)

Industry-university cooperation has been one of the most sensitive and important points in the field of university management in recent years. Since the work processes and the nature of the activities of the two are fundamentally different from each other, it seems that the alignment of the two areas is somewhat difficult. However, considering the consequences of this separation, such as the cost of industrial projects and the failure of projects along with brain drain and the uselessness of academic research, makes this cooperation doubly necessary. In this study, our goal was to develop a model for the cooperation of Hamrah Aval Company with the university. The method used in this research is qualitative and the main tool for data collection is in-depth interviews with experts. A total of 10 university professors and industry activists were interviewed in this study and the data resulting from the interview were analyzed through theme analysis. The coding shows that the main challenges of communication include procedural challenges (communication mechanisms and cooperation mechanisms) as well as content challenges (organizational values, organizational goals and organizational tasks). The main consequences of the current situation for the university are damage to the university, frustration, loss of academic capital and brain drain, while damage to the industry includes delays in development, increased costs and greater dependence on foreign countries. . Improving the current situation also requires two categories of strategies: short-term strategies include changes in the university curriculum and increasing the share of research in industry, while long-term strategies include expanding communication between industry and academia, visiting industrial centers and holding joint conferences.
