در مورد به¬دست آوردن تركيبات سيالات¬زيستي در چند دهه اخير، تحقيقات قابل ملاحظه¬اي در اقصي نقاط جهان انجام شده است. يكي از روش¬هاي متداول براي اين هدف استفاده از روش فتواسپكترومتري FTIR مي¬باشد. در تحقيقات انجام شده ثابت شده است اين روش مي¬تواند با دقت و صحت بسيار خوبي تركيبات سيالات زيستي را در اختيار ما قرار دهد. براي تعيين مزاج و سوءمزاج از تشخيص افراد خبره در اين زمينه استفاده مي¬شود. با توجه به تحقيقات انجام شده گاها همه¬ي افراد خبره در اين زمينه نظر واحدي در تشخيص مزاج و يا سوءمزاج بعضي از افراد را ندارند. و تا كنون روشي غير از تشخيص¬هاي افراد خبره در اين زمينه ارائه نشده است. در اين پايان¬نامه با استفاده از روش فتواسپكترومتري FTIR به تشخيص مزاج و سوءمزاج پرداخته¬ايم. و در نظر داريم فرآيند تشخيص مزاج و سوءمزاج را با استفاده از طيف¬سنجي FTIR خون مورد بررسي قرار دهيم. در اين پايان¬نامه محورهاي ذيل مورد بررسي قرار گرفته¬اند: در فصل يك به اصول FTIR و مفاهيم مربوطه، اصول طب از نظر فلسفي و تحقيقات صورت گرفته در اين زمينه پرداخته¬ايم. در فصل دوم، روش تحقيق شامل: پروسه دسته¬بندي مزاج، روش¬ كار استخراج طيف FTIR از نمونه¬ها، ويژگي¬هاي نمودار طيفي مزاجي و ... را بيان كرده¬ايم. در فصل سوم به تحليل داده¬ها و ويژگي¬هاي نمودارها براي دسته¬بندي سوءمزاج¬هاي مختلف و ... پرداخته-ايم. و در فصل چهارم پيشنهادات، جمع¬بندي مباحث و نوآوري، ارائه شده است. نتايج حاصله حاكي از آن است كه تعيين سوءمزاج بر اساس نظريه¬هاي حكماي قديم، امري صرفا كيفي نيست و مي¬توان آن را با نمونه¬گيري¬هاي خوني نيز تعيين نمود. همچنين براي دسته¬بندي مزاج¬هاي مختلف با استفاده از طيف¬سنجي FTIR خون، نتايج قابل قبولي نداشته¬ايم.

Classification of temperament and mood in medicine using blood FTIR spectroscopy

Considerable research has been done on obtaining bio fluid compounds in recent decades around the world. One of the common methods for this purpose is the use of FTIR photo spectrometry. Research has shown that this method can provide bio fluid compositions with great accuracy. Experts in this field are used to determine temperament and mood swings. According to research, sometimes not all experts in this field have a single opinion in diagnosing the temperament or bad temper of some people. And so far no method other than the diagnoses of experts in this field has been presented. In this dissertation, we have diagnosed temperament and mood disorder using FTIR photo spectrometry method. And we plan to examine the process of diagnosing temperament and malaise using blood FTIR spectroscopy. In this dissertation, the following axes have been examined: In Chapter One, we discuss the principles of FTIR and related concepts, principles of medicine in terms of philosophy, and research in this area. In the second chapter, the research method includes: temperament classification process, method of extracting FTIR spectra from samples, characteristics of temperament spectral diagrams, etc. In the third chapter, we have analyzed the data and the characteristics of the diagrams for the classification of different moods and so on. And in the fourth chapter of the suggestions, a summary of topics and innovation is presented. The results indicate that the determination of mood based on the theories of ancient scholars is not a purely qualitative matter and can be determined by blood sampling. We also did not have acceptable results for categorizing different temperaments using FTIR blood spectroscopy.
