ارتقاي بهره وري نيروي انساني ، مي تواند تضمين كننده رشد هر چه بيشتر شركت در دستيابي به اهداف خود باشد. پژوهش حاضر با تاكيد بر بهبود و ارتقا بهره وري به عنوان يك عامل مهم و اثرگذار بر افزايش بهره وري نيروي انساني، سعي در شناخت و بررسي رابطه ارتقا و بهبود افزايش بهره وري نيروي انساني در شركت نوپاي كشتچين را دارد. با توجه به اين موضوع كه يكي از مهمترين اهداف در هر سازمان ارتقاء سطح بهره وري آن است و با توجه به اينكه انسان در ايجاد بهره وري نقشي محوري داشته و درخواست هاي او در سازمان اثري كليدي بجا مي گذارد، در اين تحقيق به صورت خلاصه به تعاريف، تاريخچه، اهميت بهره وري و همچنين عوامل مؤثر در ارتقاء ايجاد شرايط لازم براي بهبود بهره وري نيروي انساني در شركت‌هاي تازه تاسيس (نوپا) پرداخته شده و به كمك پرسشنامه و روش هاي آماري با شناسايي عوامل موثر بر بهبود و ارتقا بهره وري نيروي انساني در شركت مذكور و با تقويت عوامل شناسايي شده موثر بر بهره وري نيروي انساني، در جهت افزايش بهره وري نيروي انساني در شركت كشت چين اقدام نمايد، عوامل شناسايي شده شامل آموزشي، اجتماعي و روانشناختي، اقتصادي، مديريتي و ارگونوميك مي باشد، سپس اقدام به رتبه بندي عوامل و زير مجموعه آنها با استفاده از روش رتبه بندي AHP شده است و راه كارهاي اجرائي با استفاده از نظر خبرگان استخراج و ارائه گرديد

Improving the productivity of human resources can guarantee the company's further growth in achieving its goals. Emphasizing on improving and promoting productivity as an important and effective factor in increasing the productivity of human resources, the present study tries to identify and study the relationship between promotion and improvement of human productivity increase in Nopai Keshtchin Company. Considering that one of the most important goals in any organization is to improve its productivity and considering that human beings have a pivotal role in creating productivity and his requests in the organization have a key effect, in this research, in short. Definitions, history, importance of productivity as well as effective factors in promoting the creation of the necessary conditions for improving the productivity of human resources in newly established (start-up) companies are discussed and with the help of questionnaires and statistical methods by identifying factors affecting improving and improving productivity. Manpower in the company and by strengthening the identified factors affecting the productivity of manpower, in the direction Increase the productivity of human resources in China Cultivation Company. Identified factors include educational, social and psychological, economic, managerial and ergonomic. Then, the factors and their subsets are ranked using AHP ranking method. Executive solutions were extracted and presented using the opinion of experts.
