طراحي فضاهاي آموزشي كم هزينه در مناطق محروم با استفاده از روش مدولار در طراحي و ساخت

در بسياري از مناطق محروم به‌ويژه نقاط مرزي كشور دلايل مختلفي اعم از كمبود امكانات آموزشي و دوري مدارس از روستاهاي دورافتاده و محروم، دانش¬آموزان را از ادامه تحصيل بازداشته است. در اين ارتباط، نظام آموزش و پرورش كشور، از نظر تأمين فضاي آموزشي لازم، با دو مشكل اساسي رو¬به¬رو مي-باشد. اولين مشكل، مربوط به كمبود فضاهاي آموزشي و دومين مشكل مربوط به نواقص و كاستي¬هاي ساختمان¬هاي آموزشي موجود مي¬باشد. كمبود فضاهاي آموزشي در اين مناطق نيز، دو دليل عمده دارد: مورد اول اين است كه در اين روستاها سرانه¬ي لازم براي احداث كلاس درس وجود ندارد، مورد دوم را مي¬توان هزينه ساخت مدارس دانست كه با توجه به سرانه موجود هزينه احداث مدارس افزايش مي¬يابد و توجيه اقتصادي ندارد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف دستيابي به راهكارهايي جهت استفاده مناسب از روش¬هاي ساخت، به منظور طراحي فضاهاي آموزشي مطلوب و كم هزينه در مناطق محروم انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر در دو بخش اصلي حاضر شده است. در بخش نخست، به معيارهاي طراحي سيستم ساخت مناسب و كم هزينه پرداخته شده است. در بخش دوم، بر اساس رهنمودهاي حاصل از مرحله‌ي اول، يك سيستم ساخت براي مدارس روستايي در استان‌هاي شرق و جنوب‌شرقي كشور پيشنهاد شده است. سازه‌ي اين سيستم، مبتني بر ايده‌ي وافل (دال و ديوار مجوف دو طرفه) در سقف و ديوارها است. اين سازه، از طريق شبكه‌ي سه‌بعدي آرماتورهاي فلزي پيش‌ساخته با قالب ماندگار داخلي (در ديوارها و سقف) برپا شده و با انواع مصالح (گل مسلح، بتن سبك و نظاير آن) به صورت پاششي، پوشانده مي‌شود. سيستم پيشنهادي، ساختاري ماژولار داشته و روشي نيز براي توليد چيدمان‌هاي گوناگون بر اساس ساختار ماژولار، ارائه شده است.

Designing low cost educational spases in deprived areas using modular method in designing and construction

Due to various factors such as few facilities for education and the long distance between schools and disadvantaged and remote villages, students cannot continue their education in many deprived areas, especially in the border regions of the country. Therefore, the education system of the country has faced two main problems in terms of providing the needed space for education: The lack of spaces for education and the shortcomings and deficiencies of the available buildings for education. The former has two main reasons: First, lack of necessary per capita to build classrooms in these villages. Second, the cost of building schools increases based on the available per capita cost of building schools and has no economic justification. The present study tries to achieve solutions for the proper use of construction methods to design affordable and suitable spaces for education in disadvantaged areas. The present study is presented in two main sections: In the first section, the criteria for the design of a suitable and low-cost construction system are discussed. In the second section, a construction system is proposed based on the results of the first section for rural schools in the provinces in the east and the southeast of the country. The structure of this system is based on a waffle slab or two-way joist slab in ceilings and walls. This structure is built through a three-dimensional network of prefabricated metal reinforcements with durable internal formwork (on walls and ceilings) and is covered by spraying various materials (reinforced mud, light concrete, etc). The proposed system has a modular structure and a method is also offered for the production of various layouts based on the modular structure.
