امروزه نقش و اثرگذاري كارآفريني بر روند رشد و توسعه ي اقتصادي و اجتماعي كشورهاي توسعه يافته و اشتغال زا به طور كامل آشكار شده است. با توجه به اهميت و ضرورت كارآفريني و نيز آمار قابل توجه شكست كارآفرينان در دنيا، شناسايي ريشه ها و دلايل اين شكست ها به منظور توانمندسازي سازمان ها ي نوپا، كوچك و متوسط، امري حياتي مي باشد همچنين با دقت و تمركز بر روي آناليز شكست به جاي تمركز بر روي موفقيت ميتوان، پيشرفت زيادي در مدلهاي تحليلي و ارزش در كارآفريني ايجاد كرد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش ميزان اثرگذاري شكست كارآفرين بر هزينههاي رواني-احساسي ميباشد و براي اين منظور ميزان اثرگذاري هر يك از مداخلهگرهاي تجربه، تحصيلات و شخصيت كارآفرين به صورت جداگانه بررسي شدهاست. بر اساس مرور ادبيات، شكست كسب و كار با استفاده از سنجه هاي كاهش درآمد، افزايش هزينه، كاهش بازگشت سرمايه و عدم جذب منابع مالي جديد و پيامدهاي رواني-احساسي شكست كسب وكار با استفاده از سنجههاي احساس شرم و تحقير شدن، احساس خشم، احساس غم واندوه، احساس اضطراب، احساس ترس و وحشت و احساس افسردگي اندازهگيري شدهاست. . به منظور بررسي مدل مفهومي 93 نفر از كارآفريناني كه در ايران كسب وكاري راه اندازي كردهاند در اين تحقيق شركت نمودند. جهت تبيين رابطه ميان شكست عيني و پيامدهاي رواني-احساسي آن و بررسي اثر تعديلگري، تحصيلات، تجربه و شخصيت، از مدل ساختاري PLS-SEM) با استفاده از حداقل مربعات جزئي ) استفاده شدهاست. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده تحصيلات، تجربه و شخصيت، اثر تعديلگري قوي بر رابطه ميان شكست كسب وكار و پيامدهاي رواني-احساسي آن دارند. براساس نتايج حاصل شده از تحليل داده ها، متغير تحصيلات وتجربه بر رابطه شكست و هزينه هاي رواني- احساسي، اثر تعديلگري قوي منفي دارد. با افزايش تحصيلات، هزينه هاي رواني-احساسي شكست كاهش مي يابد و با افزايش تجربه، هزينه هاي رواني-احساسي شكست كاهش مي دهد. اثر متغير شخصيت را در دو حالت مختلف شخصيت درونگرا و برونگرا بررسي كرديم كه باتوجه به معني داري كلي اثر متغير شخصيت، اثر تعديلگري شخصيت نيز بر رابطه ميان شكست و هزينه هاي رواني-احساسي تاييد گرديد و شدت تعديلگري آن، قوي مي باشد. باتوجه به ضرايب مسير، مقدار ضريب مسير رابطه شكست و هزينه هاي رواني-احساسي در حالت شخصيت برونگرا از زماني كه شخصيت درونگرا درنظرگرفته شد، بيشتر گرديد كه اين موضوع با توجه به تعريف شخصيت برونگرا كه انرژي خود را از بيرون و محيط ميگيرد، سنخيت دارد

Structural Modeling of the Impact of Failure on Psychological and Emotional Outcomes for Entrepreneurs by Modifying the Impact of Entrepreneurial Personality, Education, Experience

Today, the role and impact of entrepreneurship on the process of economic and social growth and development of developed and employment-generating countries is fully revealed. Given the importance and necessity of entrepreneurship and the significant statistics of entrepreneurial failures in the world, identifying the roots and reasons for these failures in order to empower start-ups, small and medium, is vital and also focusing on failure analysis. Instead of focusing on success, great progress can be made on analytical and value models in entrepreneurship The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of entrepreneurial failure on psychological-emotional costs and for this purpose, the effect of each of the intervenors on the experience, education and personality of the entrepreneur has been studied separately.. According to the literature review, business failure using measures of declining income, increasing costs, reducing return on investment and not attracting new financial resources, and the psychological-emotional consequences of failing business using the criteria of feeling ashamed and humiliated, feeling angry, Feelings of sadness, anxiety, fear, and depression are measured. . In order to study the conceptual model, 93 entrepreneurs who have started a business in Iran participated in this study. To explain the relationship between objective failure and its psycho-emotional consequences and to examine the effect of moderation, education, experience and personality, a structural model using partial least squares (PLS-SEM) has been used. Based on the results, education, experience and personality have a strong moderating effect on the relationship between business failure and its psycho-emotional consequences. Based on the results of data analysis, the variables of education and experience have a strong negative adjusting effect on the relationship between failure and psycho-emotional costs. As education increases, the psychological-emotional costs of failure decrease, and as experience increases, the psychological-emotional costs of failure decrease. We examined the effect of personality variables in two different states of introverted and extroverted personality. Considering the general significance of the effect of personality variables, the effect of personality moderation on the relationship between failure and psycho-emotional costs was confirmed and its moderation intensity is strong.
