پايان نامه حاضر پژوهشي عملي جهت بررسي تاثير عوامل فيزيكي و معماري موثر بر ارتقاي سلامتي كارمندان در فضاهاي كاري در شهر تهران مي باشد. با توجه به ويژگيهاي انساني عوامل متعددي بر عملكرد انسان و همچنين سلامت انسان دخيل مي باشند كه يكي از مهمترين آنها، عوامل فيزيكي موجود در محيط كاري است. سلامتي كارمندان تا حد زيادي در طراحي معماري ناديده گرفته شده است. در اين پژوهش، ابتدا الزامات و عوامل معماري و محيطي موثر بر عملكرد و رضايت كاربران با توجه به شناخته شده ترين استاندارد هاي جهاني موجود در طراحي ساختمان هاي سبز و پايدار استخراج شده است، سپس با كمك مصاحبه و تكنيك دلفي از متخصصان مربوط به حوزه طراحي محيط هاي سالم نظرسنجي شده است، نتايج حاصل از نظرسنجي جهت اولويت بندي عوامل بيانگر اين است كه نوع تخصيص كاربري، آسايش محيطي همچون ميزان نور طبيعي، نوع مصالح بكار رفته، نوع پنجره ها و همچنين كيفيت طراحي داخلي همچون اندازه فضا و رنگ فضا، ارتباط با منظر طبيعي و همچنين كيفيت فضاهاي خارجي مانند طراحي و تعبيه فضاي سبز تاثير به سزايي بر عملكرد كاربر دارد.

The present dissertation is a practical research to investigate the effect of physical and architectural factors affecting the promotion of employees' health in work spaces in Tehran. According to human characteristics, several factors are involved in human performance and human health, one of the most important of which is the physical factors in the workplace. Employee health is largely ignored in architectural design. In this research, first the requirements and architectural and environmental factors affecting the performance and satisfaction of users according to the most well-known global standards in the design of green and sustainable buildings have been extracted, then with the help of interviews and Delphi technique from experts in the field The design of healthy environments has been surveyed. The results of the survey to prioritize the factors indicate that the type of user allocation, environmental comfort such as natural light, type of materials used, type of windows and also the quality of interior design such as space size and space color , Connection with the natural landscape as well as the quality of outdoor spaces such as the design and installation of green space has a significant impact on user performance.
