چكيده: فضاي امن اينگونه تعريف مي شود: «فضاي امن به فضايي اطلاق مي گردد كه در مقابل اثرات مختلف قابليت مقاومت داشته باشد. فضاي امن مناسب بايد بتواند در مقابل اثرات اصابت موج و تركش سلاح هاي كلاسيك همچنين در مقابل نفوذ اثرات حرارتي و تشعشعي سلاح هاي اتمي و گازهاي شيميائي مقاومت كند.»[18] بيمارستان به عنوان مهمترين زيرساخت هاي شهري مي تواند در شرايط صلح و بحران از خسارات انساني به عنوان ارزشمندترين سرمايه جامعه بكاهد. لازمه شكل گيري چنين بيمارستاني طراحي معمارانه ي درست بيمارستان است كه علاوه بر شناخت تخصصي مقوله ي درماني را نيز به بهترين نحو به استفاده كننده بدهد. بيمارستان از نظر روحي رواني و فيزيكي مي بايست تسكين دهنده باشد در شرايط بحراني لازمه ي آن بررسي كمي و كيفي فضا، بررسي حس مكان و ساير مباحث معمارانه طرح و با رعايت ملاحظات پدافند غيرعامل نيز مي باشد. عمده ترين هدف پدافند غيرعامل، ايمن سازي و كاهش آسيب پذيري زيرساخت هاي مورد نياز جامعه است تا بتدريج شرايطي را براي امنيت ايجاد نمايد. تاسيسات هسته اي از جمله حساس ترين مكان هاي موجود در هر كشور است كه احتمال رخداد حادثه در آن ها، لزوم توجه به برنامه ريزي هاي مديريتي و به كارگيري الزامات پدافند غيرعامل را در زمان قبل از وقوع بحران ضروري مي نمايد.[15] در اين رساله با عنوان طراحي بيمارستان امن با رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل، قصد بر آن است تا طراحي معمارانه اين مجموعه علاوه بر خدمات رساني بيمارستان در شرايط عادي با به كارگيري الزامات پدافند غيرعامل براي آمادگي در زمان وقوع حادثه، ارتقاي امنيت ساكنان پيرامون موقعيت استقرارتاسيسات هسته اي را نيز به همراه داشته باشد. شيوه هاي گردآوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق عبارت است از: روش كتابخانه اي، جهت اطلاع از پژوهش هاي انجام شده در اين زمينه، مصاحبه و مساعدت مسئولين سازمان پدافند غيرعامل و نظام هسته اي كل كشور،‌ براي بدست آوردن اطلاعات مورد نظر.

A proper safe environment must be able to withstand the effects of the shock and shrapnel of classical weapons, as well as the penetration of the thermal and radiative effects of nuclear weapons and chemical gases. ”[18] Hospitals as the most important urban infrastructure can reduce human losses as the most valuable asset of society in times of peace and crisis. The prerequisite for the formation of such a hospital is the correct architectural design of the hospital, which, in addition to specialized knowledge, also gives the user the category of treatment in the best way. The hospital should be psychologically and mentally soothing. In critical situations, it is necessary to examine the quantity and quality of the space, to study the sense of place and other architectural issues of the plan, and also to observe passive defense considerations. The main goal of passive defense is to secure and reduce the vulnerability of the infrastructure needed by the society in order to gradually create conditions for security. Nuclear facilities are among the most sensitive locations in any country where the possibility of an accident, the need to pay attention to management planning and the use of passive defense requirements in the time before the crisis. [15] In this dissertation, entitled Designing a safe hospital with a passive defense approach, the architectural design of this complex, in addition to providing hospital services under normal conditions, using passive defense requirements to prepare for an accident, improving residents' security around the location of nuclear facilities Have with you. The methods of collecting information in this research are: Library method, to be informed about the research done in this field, interview and assistance of the officials of the passive defense organization and the nuclear system of the whole country, to obtain the desired information.
